37页华北电力大学科技学院本科毕业设计(论文)I接触片冲裁模设计摘要随着中国国民经济的高速发展,各相关行业对于模具的需求越来越高,要求也日益提高模具产品在日常生活中起着不可或缺的作用对冲压生产而言,单工位模具结构单一,生产效率低,而且零件不能过于复杂,否则就需要多副单工位模具才能实现本次以接触片为研究对象,工件的结构简单,适用于单工位模具本设计内容是从零件的工艺性分析开始,根据工艺要求来确定设计的大体思路以及最佳工艺方案确定该模具类型为冲孔模具,做工艺计算,计算出冲裁时的冲压力,确定工件的压力中心,选择压力机和确定冲模的闭合高度根据前面所计算出的内容确定模具的凸、凹模尺寸和形状,并进行强度校核设计出导正销、橡胶、导柱、导套和模柄等模具的主要零部件,并合理选择压力机,从而完成整个模具的设计工作其中一些零件是标准的零件,可以根据设计要求查表选配如:导柱、导套、模架、螺母、销钉等,最终完成本次毕业设计通过本课题研究,使我掌握了冲压模具设计的理论知识关键词:冲压;冲孔模具;工位华北电力大学科技学院本科毕业设计(论文)IICONTACT PIECES CUTTING MOULD DESINGAbstractAlong with the China national economy’s high speed development, each related profession are getting more and more regarding the mould design, the request also day by day enhances. For stamping production, a single mold structure were low, productivity and sheet metal parts cannot too complex, otherwise it will need more were a mold can realize the vice. This paper is based on the Contact Pieces and the structure of work piece is simple, therefore it suit for single mold .If using the stamping production, can change these shortcomings. This design content analysis of technology from parts according to the technical requirement, to determine the general design and desirable process scheme. Make sure the mold type for punching die, do process calculation, calculate the blunt pressure, unloading, pushing a force, determine the pressure center, choose mold and die closed press high, Again, the calculated according to the front of the content determination of dies. the convex, mold size and shape, and checking the strength. design guide pin, rubber, column, and modulus of main components and handle, and appropriate presses were selected as well complete the whole mold design work, some parts are standard parts, can according to the design requirements of selecting such as table, column, guide, formwork, nuts, pin, etc.Finally I complete this graduation project.
