施工负责人分别为:检修段限高架制作负责人×××,分管领导×××工务段施工负责人:×××;分管领导×××主管科室管理人员:×××;负责领导×××2 工程施工方案2.1 开工前交底及开工准备会:运输科组织工程相关单位现场交底,确定限高架设置的详细位置(明确到具体尺寸)、高度同时举行开工准备会,统一协调限高架制作与施工过程中的责任分工及注意事项,明确施工各工序检查和验收的步骤,确定开工时间2.2 钢结构制作:钢结构制作前,工务段试验5根钢轨按图纸的布置方法和跨度安装后,其下垂量达到多少,以根据桥梁高度具体确定限高架横梁高度钢轨下垂量确定后,检修段挑选具备使用条件的钢轨等各种材料,按照图纸要求进行钢结构的加工,共需制作6个限高架立柱其中雪枫路立交桥4个,横梁底部的高度为3.75米(与桥梁顶部高度保持一致)车集地销路立交桥须立柱2个,位于桥梁以北,横梁底部的高度为4米(与桥梁顶部高度保持一致)限高架立柱具体做法见图纸加工完毕后形成可直接吊装的立柱,横梁可在立柱施工完毕具备承重条件后吊装并连接加工完成后进行除锈,除锈完毕后刷每段20cm长、黑白相间的反光漆2.3 现场施工:在钢结构制作即将完成的时候开始现场基坑的施工和基础钢筋的绑扎,基坑挖深2.1米,下部10cm厚C30混凝土为垫层,用于支承立柱和控制立柱施工高度,上部2米为C30钢筋混凝土基础,将加工好的立柱的下部2米埋于该基础之中。
基坑施工完成后立即施工基础底部10cm厚垫层,垫层厚度可适当增加用于调整垫层顶部标高,确保立柱标高正确,同时准备好混凝土浇注的各项准备工作基底垫层达到足够强度后将制作好的立柱运至现场吊装,吊装完毕后复测各项标高是否合格,确保合格后对立柱进行可靠的固定,并安装钢筋进行混凝土的浇注待基础混凝土达到足够强度后进行横梁的吊装和固定具体做法见图纸2.4 竣工验收:全部施工完成后,由工务段进行初验,初验合格后由运输科组织处领导、主管科室、项目单位、安监科、监察科等参加的竣工验收3 限高架施工图纸限高架施工图纸包含平面图、立面图、基础图,由于两个立交桥限高架完全一样,仅给出雪枫路立交桥限高架的详细图纸,车集线地销路立交桥限高架根据雪枫路立交桥限高架图纸施工即可4 施工安全措施4.1 一般要求:4.1.1 每一个施工过程必须指定专人统一指挥,负责施工质量及安全的管理,严格执行安全技术操作规程,不违章,不违纪,确保作业安全4.1.2 作业人员必须经过专门培训,持证上岗4.1.3 施工现场要做到工完料净场地清4.1.4 每一分项施工前由施工负责人主持做好施工预想,做好施工安全注意事项的交底4.2 钢轨搬动及运输安全:4.2.1 钢轨搬动过程中所有人员动作一致,站稳抓牢,避免伤人。
4.3 钢架加工安全措施:4.3.1 施工用乙炔瓶、氧气瓶和焊炬相互间的距离不得小于10m 当不满足上述要求时,应采取隔离措施同一地点有两个以上乙炔发生器时,其相互间距不得小于10m4.3.2 氧气瓶应与其他易燃气瓶、油脂和其他易燃、易爆物品分别存放,且不得同车运输氧气瓶应有防震圈和安全帽,不得倒置,不得在强烈日光下曝晒4.4 用电安全:4.4.1 安装、维修和拆除临时用电必须由电工完成,电工等级应同工程难易程度和技术复杂性相适应,电工对用电安全负有直接责任4.4.2 电工操作人员应配有绝缘手套、绝缘鞋4.4.3 用电电源安装漏电保护装置4.5 基坑施工4.5.1在两线路间挖掘基坑时,对边坡进行支护,保证边坡稳定4.6 钢结构(钢轨)吊装安全:4.6.1 所有施工人员进入施工现场必须戴安全帽,在高空作业时必须戴好安全带,以防人员高空坠落4.6.2 在吊装过程中,吊臂下严禁站人,严防行人闯入到施工区域5 施工所需机具、材料5.1 施工所需机械、工器具:序号机具名称备注1带平板的轨道吊车自备2电焊机自备3锯轨机自备4汽车吊机(10吨)租用5混凝土搅拌机自备5.2 施工所需材料:序号材料名称单位数量备注1钢轨(43kg/m)米/吨320/13.82混 凝 土(C30)水泥吨153沙子吨17.54石子吨37.25钢筋吨1.5说明:以雪枫路南北两侧施工、地销路仅北侧施工计算。
