    •     物业人员招聘管理制度12800字    西安润家物业人员招聘管理规定 1.目 的:建立合理的人员招聘程序,保证公平、公开、有效、合理地为公司招募符合工作岗位要求的新员工2.范 围:全体员工3.责任人:总办、总经理、人事专员4.程 序:4.1招聘准备:4.1.1需要招聘人员的部门、须提前两周填写招聘申请表,报总办审批准4.1.2 总办根据拟招聘人员素质要求,确定招聘方式4.1.3人事专员负责办理招聘所需的相关材料(包括省/市人才广告审批表、公司介绍信、企业法人营业执照复印件、公司统一的招聘范文),并寄发给所需部门4.2 招聘原则:4.2.1统一招聘原则:公司及下属管理处所需人员,一律由公司总办组织统一招聘,下属管理处可以推荐人才,但必须由总办统一审查4.2.2职务规范原则:人事专员统一制定的职务规范是招聘工作的依据4.2.3量才适用原则:根据岗位要求,在适合的时间把适当的人安排在适当的岗位,使岗位需求与人才层次相匹配4.2.4能力本位原则:公司重视应聘者的学历所象征的综合素质,用人唯 能力而不唯学历;公司重视应聘者的既往工作经验,但公司更看重应聘者今后的成长潜能4.2.5内部优先原则:公司有管理岗位出现空缺,优先考虑从现有员工中选聘。

      4.2.6涉嫌回避原则:公司鼓励在职员工推荐人才,但不允许录用在职员 工亲属在本部门工作,也不得因为特殊的私人关系而降低录用标准,特殊情况经总经理批准方可,但不得安排在直接下属工作4.2.7有序引进原则:公司录用新员工以引进有工作经验人才和应届高校毕业生并重,统一面向社会公开招聘4.3公司用人标准:4.3.1 所需专业技术人员应是相应专业国民教育专科以上人员4.3.2行政、后勤、财务人员需要相关专业专科以上学历4.3.3管理人员需要相关专业本科以上学历,并须具有相关工作经验4.4组织实施:4.4.1招聘渠道:适用的主要招聘渠道:通过媒体刊登招聘广告、内部招聘、 网络招聘、参加人才交流大会、人才市场人才库查询、职业介绍中心推荐、各类普通高校毕业分配部门推荐等4.4.2信息发布:由总办统一在人才网站、相关媒体,公司网站发布招聘信息4.4.3招聘广告要求:公司刊登的一切招聘广告需严格按照公司招聘统一范文发布;4.4.3.1企业简介、企业标识;4.4.3.2招聘理念,即“我们需要诚实、守信、德才兼备的人;我们需要与我们共同学习、进步的人;我们需要敢于不断迎接挑战的人;我们需要比我们更强的人!”4.4.3.3岗位名称、人数、资历要求、工作内容、工作地点;4.4.3.4公司网址、公司E-mail及号;4.4.4公司参加的人才交流大会必须有公司总办主任、人事专员参加。

      4.4.4.1人才交流大会上招聘人员着装应稳重、大方,女士化淡妆4.4.4.2招聘摊位桌上统一摆放公司相关资料、招聘表格,招聘人员名片,悬挂公司宣传资料4.4.4.3 对应聘者,说话应和蔼,尊重对方对方表述时,应专注聆听,不要轻易打断话头对方离开时,尽量起立送行4.5应聘材料筛选 :4.5.1目的:通过迅速地从求职者材料中剔除明显不合格者来启动录用程序;4.5.2责任人:人事专员负责收集、分类整理应聘材料,并对所有的应聘人员进行登记,进入公司人才库4.5.3筛选标准:严格基于所需招聘岗位的基本任职资格(个人自然情况、 与工作相关的知识背景、工作技能、工作经验、身体素质等),按“基本符合要求的”、“勉强合格的”、“明显不合格的”进行分类4.6面试程序:4.6.1初试:4.6.1.1招聘后3个工作日内,人事专员根据应聘材料收集情况,提前三天通知“基本符合要求的”或“勉强合格的”应聘者参加初试,参加初试人数应为拟录用人数的4-6倍,并要求其须携带相关材料(毕业证书原件、身份证原件等相关证件),通知应聘者面试时间需间隔至少20分钟,以避免应聘者等待时间过长4.6.1.2初试由总办主任、用人单位经理进行面试,对面试安排及面试过程进行控制并详细纪录,填写《面试人员评估表》。

      4.6.1.3面试组织者必须着装整洁,热情接待,给应试者提供茶水、报纸或其他宣传资料4.6.1.4 初试之前由人事专员验证应聘者携带的相关证件,应聘者填写公司统一的《应聘人员登记表》4.6.1.5初试时间:每个应聘者面试时间20-30分钟4.6.2招聘人才笔试4.6.2.1安排通过初试的应聘者进行相关知识笔试4.6.2.2专业性强的岗位需对应聘者进行专业知识笔试,时间约1小时4.6.2.3笔试的结果作为面试及录用的参考依据之一4.6.3集中面试:根据初试、笔试结果,就应聘者知识、能力、个性品质、 职业取向、动机和需求等方面加以综合评定,对拟任中、高级员工于七天之内通知其参加集中面试,参加集中面试人数应为拟录用人数的2-3倍,合理安排面试时间间隔集中面试时间:每个应聘者面试时间约为30-45分钟集中面试人员由公司部门经理以上人员组成4.6.4总经理面试:对通过初试的拟任一般员工,集中面试的中、高级管 理人员,由总办根据通过集中面试的人数,根据需要合理安排总经理面试,参加总经理面试人数应为拟录用人数的1.5-2倍4.6.5初试、集中面试、总经理面试时,对如下应聘者应予剔除:(1)频繁跳槽者;(2)几个月没有正常工作的;(3)对原单位二个以上同事 有强烈不满者;(4)未能认真对原工作进行交接的;(5)对收入待遇期望过高的。
