[Ɔ:] [ə u ]10. else [e ]else是形容词，作定语修饰疑问代词（what , who , which等）疑问副词（where , when等）和不定代词（something , everything , nothing , anything , somebody / some one , everybody / everyone , anybody / anyone , nobody / none等）else修饰这些词时，必须放在这些词之后，不能放在这些词之前，这与other的位置正相反例：What else can you see ? = What other things can you see ? What else does she bring ? = What other things does she bring ? Where else does she go ? 她还去了别的什么地方吗？Who else comes to the party ? 还有谁来参加聚会？There is nothing else in the bag . 包里没有别的东西了。

Nice meeting you用在两个人见面结束时的客套话 Nice to meet you用在两人见面时的客套话其中glad , pleased , good代替nice12. 名词+ly构成形容词，这是英语的一种构词法：brother+ly→ brotherly 兄弟般的mother+ly→motherly 母亲般的man+ly→manly 有男子气概的，勇敢的love+ly→lovely 可爱的friend+ly→friendly 友好的* be friendly to sb 表示对某人友好，此时friendly相当于good , nice , kind例：They are friendly to new comers . 他们对新来的人很友好 be friendly to = be kind to = be good to = be nice to * be friendly with sb 与某人友好相处，此时friendly不能用good , nice , kind代替。

13. begin开始，着手做某事例：When do you begin to teach me English ? 你什么时候开始教我英语？ We begin to play football at 2:00 p.m . 我们下午两点开始踢球 When do you begin to do your homework ? 你什么时候开始做作业？14. all 三者或三者以上都（1）all of +复数代词例：All of you / them / us are from America . 你们/ 他们/ 我们所有的人都来自美国2）all of后面接复数名词时，of可以省略，这里all不是代词而是形容词，但名词前必须加限定词，如：the , these , those , my , your , his , her , our , their等例：All of the students are listening to their teacher . 所有的学生都在听老师讲课 All of them are working hard . = They are all working hard . all of the children = all the children * both（两者都），all（三者或三者以上都）用于are和情态动词之后，动词之前。

例：They are all right . 他们都对了 We can all answer the questions . 我们都会答这个题 They all study English hard . 他们都努力学习英语 注：在简略回答中，all不能放在句尾，这时，应位于系动词，情态动词或助动词前面例：A— Can you all play table tennis ? 你们都会打乒乓球吗？ — Yes , we all can . 是的，我们都会不能说Yes , we are all . ）B— Are you all teachers ? 你们都是老师吗？ — Yes , we all are . 是的，我们都是不能说Yes , we are all .）【模拟试题】一. 找出与其他画线部分读音不同的项：（ ）1.
