CheckwhetherthereisanyabnormalsoundfromthecrusherCheckwhetherthereisanypartorscrewthatisbecomingloose.Ifabnormalsituationisfind,stopthemachinerightawaytofixtheproblemChecktheelectricvoltageandcurrenttoseewhethertheyarewithinthenormalworkinglimitAfterensuringthecrusherisworkingproperly,startfeedingtheoreFeedtheoreevenly;controltheinputaround20-30MTperhoursStoptheMachineStopfeedingtheoreWaittillthecrusheremptyoutthecrushedorefirst,thenpressthestopbuttonabovethecontrolcabinettostopthecrusherfrommovingTurnofftheswitchofthecrusherlocatedinsidethecontrolcabinetDuringthecrushingprocess,ifthecrusherisblockedorisworkinginabnormalcondition,stopthemachinerightaway.Resolvetheproblemfirstthenstartthemachineagain.1. SafetyPrecautionsTheoperatormustgothroughsafetytrainingDuringthecrushingprocess,donotobservethemachinefromthetopofthecrusherDuringthecrushingprocess,donotperformanycleaningorrepairingtasksDuringthecrushingprocess,donotinserthand(s)intotheorefeedingopeningofthecrushertospreadouttheoreThecrusherisrunningatthebestperformaneewhenitis2/3full.Adjusttheamountoforefeedintothecrushertoensurethatthecrusherisrunningatitsbestperformanee.1. PerformthefollowingcheckbeforestartthemachineCheckwhethertheoilinsidethedeceleratorisenoughandwhetherthescrewsinanypartsarelooseChecktheupperandlowerrollertoseewhethertheyareinworkingcondition,ensuringthattheself-aligningrolleraremovingfreely,andthebeltsareproperlyfastenedandconnectedCleantherollersandunsurethereisnoobstaclethatwillpreventtherollerfromoperatingproperlyCheckandmakesurethattheinputandoutputorefunnelsarenotblockedDonotoverloadthebeltconveyor.Beforestoptheconveyor,stopfeedingtheoreandwaittillalloreareemptedfromtheconveyor.1. Everyshifthastochecktheequipmentonceevery15minutesCheckthebearingandmotorofthedeceleratorandmakesuretheyareallworkingnormally.2.
