During the winter vacation, the students in our class joined in a meaningful activity, in which all of us did our bit for community. Firstly we visited an elderly lady at her home. We chatted with her as well as helping her with the housework, such as sweeping the floor, cleaning the table and the windows. Seeing the big smile on her face, we felt proud of ourselves. Then we went outside to clean the sports facilities. Although it was freezing cold, we all spared no effort with the purpose of creating a better environment for the residents living in the community.
