會計(Account),顧客與廠商的帳務均計算於總帳與子帳 總帳資料來自會計科目表,關鍵概念：調節帳(Reconciliation Accounts),目標： 任何時點均即時調節總帳與明細帳之間的交易資料 明細帳自動過入總分類帳 限制不能手動過帳 不會代出借貸明細，系統只會代出餘額，若要查詢交易明細可至主檔資料或交易明細帳查詢關鍵概念： GR/IR帳,GR/IR means ”goods received / invoice received” 帶給管理者實質好處是稽核截斷點測試(cut off tests) 此GR/IR帳做法，是ABC過去所沒有的做法；透過GR/IR帳讓ABC在執行暫存區的帳款有所遵循，簡化帳務處理的時間GR/IR帳─以ABC為例,Goods receipt 2000 (1) Invoice receipt 1000 (2) 12/31/2000: At the balance sheet closing day adjustment posting indicate open invoices.
