随着“气化陕西”工程的稳步推进,天然气产业将逐步成为拉动陕西经济增长、促进环境保护和节能减排的重要引擎伴着经济全球化的深入发展, 天然气产业的开发与应用在经济社会发展中的拉动作用越来越突出,有效利用这一资源有利于推进地区经济发展方式转变和经济结构调整,从而促进地方经济实现持续跨越式发展本文从企业战略人力资源管理及其相关概念的研究入手,对 ST 公司在“气化陕西”战略实施过程中的人力资源管理现状、意义、优势、存在问题及实施企业战略人力资源管理对助推这一惠民工程建设的提升作用进行了详尽的分析 明确提出了必须以企业战略人力资源管理助推工程建设、企业发展及本省经济发展的思路,以实证说明了实施企业战略人力资源管理对提升企业自身发展和工程建设有着巨大的推动作用从招聘、 薪酬、绩效考核等人力资源管理角度,分析了当前“气化陕西”惠民工程实施过程中人力资源管理的实施状况 本文系统地提出了实施企业战略人力资源管理需要遵循的方法和步骤,运用管理学、经济学等知识明确了实施企业战略人力资源管理的各项要素,并通过查阅文献资料、 进行实例调研等手段进行了相关实证研究, 得出了符合客观实际的结论本文经研究分析认为“气化陕西”惠民工程实施过程中的战略人力资源管理的重要性,对下一步企业拓宽市场与业务领域作出前瞻性探讨,以期达到对企业自身发展有所裨益。
