Turkey EREN (1+1) x600MW supercritical coal-fired unit projectProject quality check and acceptance record　Work No.: GL-01.01.01.03Description2#锅炉中部钢架安装（钢架设备检查、安装）#2 boiler middle part steel structure (steel structure check and erection)Page 1 of 51. equipment appearance: no crack, recurrent lap, bad rust and damage.2. manufacturer’s welding joint: no entrapped slag, bubble etc.3. member material: no mistake application.4. deviation of column and beam comply with manufacturer’s technical requirement and maximum deviaition 6mm.5. deviation of column bending ＜1/1000 (column length) and maximum deviation 5mm.6. deviation twisting of column ＜1/1000 (column length) and maximum deviation 7mm, which comply with requirement. 7. deviation of beam bending and side bending: ＜1/1000 (column length) and maximum deviation 6mm.8. deviation of bolt hole diameter is not more than 1.5.9. deviation of bolt hole ellipticity is not more than 1.5.10. on appearance of bolt and nut, no crack, no bruise, thread complete, no dirty oil and rust etc.11. bolt, nut, washer comply with equipment technical reqirement.12. process of node friction connection surface comply with equipment technical requirement, and rust, dirty oil, dust have been cleared off, and no defects such as deformation, wrap, bend, bur etc.13. connection plates are installed in flat, correct in position, and attached with member.14. maximum misplacement between beam and column is 2mm.15. maximum deviation in parallelity between beams is 3mm.16. maximum deviation in elevation of beams is 3mm.17. maximum deviation in horizontal of beams is 3mm.18. maximum deviation in space between beams is 3mm.19. the tightening torque of steel structure node bolts comply with manufacturer’s technical requireemnt: M16 initial torque is 130N.m; final torque ends with removing of the cinquefoil head, and the prestressed torque of final tightening is 100KN. M22 initial torque is 340N.m; final torque ends with removing of the cinquefoil head, and the prestressed torque of final tightening is 190KN. M24 initial torque is 440N.m; final torque ends with removing of the cinquefoil head, and the prestressed torque of final tightening is 225KN.
