66页华北水利水电学院 硕士学位论文 变电站红外测温与图像监控一体化系统研究 姓名:王方 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:水利水电工程 指导教师:邱道尹 2011-05 华北水利水电学院硕士学位论文 I 变电站红外测温与图像监控一体化系统研究 摘 要 电气设备发生故障是造成电网大面积停电事故的重要原因之一, 每年导致的事故约 占所有电网事故的一半为了保证电力系统安全、可靠运行,人们致力于变电站电气设 备监测系统的研究与开发对变电站的监控通常有二种系统,一种是防抢、防盗、 防破坏的视频监控系统,另一种是对设备的运行状态监控系统为了实现对电气设备的 远程、实时、的红外温度图像和可见光图像监测,本方案提出了变电站红外测温与 图像监控一体化智能系统在红外图像与可见光图像配准融合后,不但可以显示设备的 温度状况,还可利用可见光图像进行精确定位,能做到真正的全面实时监测,提高 监测的准确性和有效性 本方案针对现有图像监控系统的不足和国内外电力设备易发热部位温度检测的缺 陷,在智能图像监控系统中融入测温功能,利用红外技术对现场设备温度测量,提出利 用红外摄像机代替昂贵的红外热像仪对电力设备进行实时非精确的温度监控。
使集控站 工作人员在远程巡视的同时能够得到感兴趣的设备温度信息 在变电站的接线排、刀触头、开关等部件旁安装温差无线温度传感器,采用双工系 统,一方面利用太阳能作为热源主要是用反射式镜面收集太阳辐射,并经过凹面镜聚焦 到与温差电器件紧贴的集热器上成为热端与冷端形成温度差来进行发电 另一方面使用 变电站设备本身发热产生的热量和环境的温度差来进行温差发电,给测温模块和红外 LED 提供电源,解决了变电站内无电源难布线问题;利用红外技术将测温信号传送给红 外监控系统,解决了变电站内高温高压强干扰问题;通过监控设备对整个变电站进行自 动巡检,并应用光电转换、模式识别、图像处理等技术对数据信号和图像信息进行智能 识别;对超过正常阈值的设备准确定位,及时给出历史趋势并报警;并开发了软件界面 进行实时监控,做到各被测点的温度实时显示和视频图像显示,从而实现对现场情况进 行实时监控,将大大减少值班人员去现场的巡视次数,降低现场工作人员劳动强度,将 为电力系统的安全运行提供更可靠的保障 通过实际检验, 测点的温度误差在+5℃以内, 所设计的方案获得满意的效果 关键词:红外测温;温度测量;温差发电;图像监控;图像融合 华北水利水电学院硕士学位论文 III SUBSTATION OF INFRARED TEMPERARTURE MEASUREMENT AND IMAGE CONTROL INTEGRATION SYSTEM RESEARCH ABSTRACT The most important reason of large scope electrified wire netting outage accidents is the failure of electrical equipment. The accident which is caused by the failure of electrical equipment is half of all accident. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety and reliable operation of the electricity system, the people committed to substation electrical equipment on-line monitoring system of research and development. There are two kinds of monitor for transformer substation. one kind is the video monitoring security system which is for prevention damage and rob ,steal; another kind is for the operation of equipment condition。
In order to realize the remote for electrical equipment in real-time, and online infrared temperature images and optical image monitoring, this paper puts forward the substation infrared measuring temperature intelligent and image monitoring system. After fusion in the infrared image with optical image registration, not only can display device’s temperature, also can position optical image accurately. This can achieve real comprehensive on-line monitor, improve accuracy and validity of monitoring. This system aim at the insufficiency of existing image monitoring system and the defects for temperature of easily fever part in the domestic and foreign power equipment, auther blended measurement temperature function in intelligent video surveillance system, using infrared technology on site equipment temperature measurement, this paper uses the infrared camera replace expensive infrared thermo graphy to electric power equipment real-time imprecise temperature measurement and control. The control station staff can realize remote patrol, at the same time can get interested equipment temperature information. Installation temperature wireless temperature sensor in the transformer substation’s wiring platoon, knife contactor, switch, adopt duplex systems, on the one hand, use solar energy as heat source is mainly use reflex mirror collect solar radiation, and after a concave mirror on the temperature electric parts tightly with hot end and become collectors cold end form difference to conduct electricity. On the other hand use substation equipment itself fever 华北水利水电学院硕士学位论文 IV heat generation and environment to the difference in temperature power generation, to measuring temperature module and infrared LED provide power supply, this can solve the difficult of no wiring in power substation; measuring signals can be send to infra-red monitoring system by the infrared technology, this solved the problem of high temperature and high pressure strong interference. Automatic inspection can be realized by monitoring equipment in the whole substation, and photoelectric conversion, pattern recognition, image processing techniques are applicated for intelligent identification between the data signals and image information, For equipment which is beyond the normal threshold, the system can accurate positioning, timely given historical trends and alarm, And the real-time interface monitoring software are developed, make every measuring point’s temperature real-time display and video images show, so as to achieve the site condition real-time monitoring. This will greatly reduce the patrol time of the officer and lower the labor intensity of site working staff, provide more reliable guarantee for power system security. Through the actual inspection, the temperature error of measurement points within +5 ℃, the design scheme can get satisfactory result.
