方法：临床研究：随机分为用药组与空白组各75例，观察药流后月经恢复 情况、刀经平均复潮时间、阴道流血及二次清宫率情况，对药流后刀经不调者测 定女性激素六项动物试验：选用Wister大鼠90只，其中雌鼠60只，雄鼠30 只，雌鼠重220〜250g,雄鼠重250〜300g,雌、雄比例为2:1,分为完全流产组和 不完全流产组，随机分为用约组、对照组和空口组进行实验完全流产组观察 动情周期的恢复情况，不完全流产组观察阴道流血量结果：临床研究：用约组75例在使用补肾活血颗粒后月经不调者11例 (15%),刀经正常者68例(91%),空口组刀经不调者19例(25%),刀经正常者 56例(75%),用药组与空白组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)o两组刀经平均复潮 时间比较有显著差异(PV0.05) o 30例月经不调患者女性激素六项结果显示7 例患者PRL异常，9例月经量少患者在滤泡晚期测E2处于滤泡早期,4例患者LH 异常，3例患者P异常，7例患者六项激索水平正常药流后两组阴道出血量比 较冇显著性差异(P<0.05):两组阴道流血时间比较冇显著差异(P<0.05)； 两组二次清宫率比较有显著性差异(PV0.05)。
