说话的人一般强调这个动作所产生的结果或影响它的基本形式是“动词have/ has+过去分词”一) 表示过去发生的动作或状态，但其结果却和现在有联系换句话说，就是动作或状态发生在过去，但它的影响到现在还存在例句：Mary has come back from America.玛丽已经从美国回来了①表示过去完成的动作，使用一般过去时和现在完成时均可两者的区别在于说话者的角度不同简单叙述过去的某一动作用一般过去时；强调动作所具有的意义或所产生的结果用现在完成时例如：He went to school. （强调他已去学校这个事实）He has gone to school. （强调他走了这个事实，如果你来找他，是看不到他的，这样的意思）②由于现在完成时与现在时间在意义上有联系，所以使用现在完成时的时候不能用具体的时间作状语例如：I have had lunch at 12 o'clock. （×）I had lunch at 12 o'clock.  （√）(二) 过去某一时刻开始并持续到现在的动作，常和“for + 一段时间”、“since +点时间”或before单独作时间状语连用例如：We have been friends for more than seven years.I have known him since I was 12 years old.I have heard of him before.(三) 现在完成时可以表示刚刚完成的动作，句子中常有just、already、yet等状语。
