高等学校英语应用能 力考试讲座基础部基础部 王蓓王蓓二〇一二年十一月二〇一二年十一月Hot Tip“高等学校英语应语应 用能力考试试”是国家教育部 高教司主管的“高职职高专专教育英语课语课 程教学指 导导委员员会”下辖辖的“高等学校英语应语应 用能力考 试试委员员会”主持、设计设计 、组织组织 的全国性英语语 考试试即“考委会”命题题，各省、市、自治区 实实施考试试和评阅试评阅试 卷，其英文全称为为 Practical English Test for Colleges(以下用 缩缩写PRETCO) vPRETCO的主要对对象为为高职职、高专专、成人 高校、电电大、职业职业 技术术学院的在校学生， 也可供社会上英语语学习习者参加考试试，检测检测 自己的英语语水平vPRETCO每年举举行2次，通常在每年6月和 12月的第3周星期六考试试鉴鉴于目前学生入学时时英语语水平参差不齐齐的 现现状，“基本要求”将教学要求分为为A、B两 级级A级级是标标准要求，B级级是过过渡要求所 以PRETCO试试卷亦有“A级级”与“B级级”之分 我省采用的是A级级和B级试级试 卷试试卷按百分 制计计分，满满分为为100分。
