SY-6A 高效早强防冻剂本品是由多种有机、无机材料科学复合而成的新型无氯盐防冻剂，具有早强、防冻、抗冻、减水、增强、抗腐蚀等多种功效：可显著改善混凝土毛细孔结构，减少游离水量，有效降低混凝土液相冰点，促进低温、负温条件下水泥水化和混 凝土硬化，大幅度提高早期强度，广泛应用于混凝土在低温、负温下的施工主要性能1、 本品为灰白色粉剂，符合 JC475-2004 标准，无氯、无毒、低碱、无锈蚀、微引气，氨释放量≤0.08%,适用温度为 0℃ —-20 ℃2、 掺量：3-5%（相对胶凝材料总量） ，温度为 5—-5℃时掺量为 3%，-5—-10 ℃时掺量为4%，-10 —-20℃时掺量为 5%（可等量替代水泥） 3、 抗压强度比：-10℃时，R28≥100%，R-7-28≥95%20℃时，R28≥95%，R-7-56≥100%4、28d 收缩率比≤130%5、减水率为 12-18%6、抗冻标号≥F3007、渗入本品混凝土和易性得到明显改善，可根据需要配制泵送防冻砼使用方法及注意事项1、 请遵照《混凝土外加济应用技术规范》进行施工2、 本剂为粉状，使用时可与胶结材料、骨料一起加入搅拌，比正常混凝土搅拌时间延长50%。

3、 混凝土入模温度应不低于 5℃，砼浇筑完毕，应立刻覆盖保温材料加以保水，不要使其立即受冻或因风吹过多而出现裂纹4、 要求早期强度快速增长时可加热养护，混凝土在初凝后若表面出现结冰和白霜属正常现象，不会对其造成冻害，混凝土本身的强度仍能持续增长本剂保存期为二年，贮存时防止受潮，如受潮结快，应加以粉粹并检测合格后方可使用SY-6A High –Performance Early-Strength Antifreeze AdmixtureThe admixture is a new-style, non-chloride salt, anti-freezing admixture, composited by various inorganic, organic materials, with multi-functions such as early strength , frost-resistance, water-reducing, anti-corrosion character; which can improve concrete capillaceous structure significantly; reduce the free water volume, lower liquid phase freezing point of concrete effectively; accelerate concrete hydrating and hardening under lower and negative temperature; It shall enhance the early strength of concrete in large-range; and widely used in concreting in low and negative temperature condition.1. The main performance1) This product is grey-white color powder admixture, which is in accordance with JC475—2004; non-chloride, non-toxic, non-rust, low air-entraining and low-alkali, ammonia release amount ≤0.08%;applicable temperature is 0℃ ～-20℃.2) Dosage: 3~5%( comparing to the total cementitious material), 3% under temperature 5~50C; 4% under -5~~-100C; 5% under -10~~-200C.3) Compressive strength rate: At-10℃，R28≥100%，R-7-28≥95%。

Usage and precaution: 1) Follow the applying technology specification of concrete admixture to handle concrete;2) The appearance of the admixture are powder, the admixture shall be used together with cementitious material ,aggregates when mixing，the mixing time shall be 50% longer than the normal mixing time.3) The temperature of concrete shall be not less than 50C when placement; provide protection for the concrete surface with coverings after concreting so that the concrete shall not be crack under windy or cold weather; 4) If necessary, the early strength shall be cured by heating so that it early strength can develop rapidly; it is no problem if the concrete surface appears icing or frosting after the initial set, the strength shall develop as normal.5) The valid period: 2 years; Care must be taken to prevent the moisture; if it happen, the wet agglomeration of powder shall not be used until it shall be crushed, tested and qualified.。
