The history of Chinese e-commerceChinese e-commerce began in the 20th century. in December 1997, China founded the first chemical online B2B website. Environment of e-commerce development1.The legal environment . June 1, 2007 the National Development and Reform Commission. E-commerce security into computer network security and business transaction security aspects , computer network security , including security of computer network equipment, computer network security , database security as a whole.
