For details, please refer to http://www.legislation.gov.hk/index.htm . 防止殘酷對待動物條例（第 169 章） 防止殘酷對待動物條例（第 169 章） Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance (Chap. 169) 內容簡介 Contents： (1) 任何人因胡亂或不合理地作出或不作出某種作為而導致任何動物受到任何 不必要的痛苦，或身為任何動物的擁有人而准許如此導致該動物受到任何 不必要的痛苦，均列作殘酷對待動物 Any person who by wantonly or unreasonably doing or omitting to do any act, causes any unnecessary suffering or, being the owner, permits any unnecessary suffering to be so caused to any animal, shall be deemed to committed cruelty to animals. (2) 擁有人如沒有就保護動物免受殘酷對待而作出合理的謹慎措施及監管，須 當作已准許殘酷對待動物。

An owner shall be deemed to have permitted cruelty if he shall have failed to exercise reasonable care and supervision in respect of the protection of the animal therefor. 罰則 Penalties： 罰款港幣 200,000 元及監禁 3 年 Fine of HKD200,000 and imprisonment for 3 years 定額罰款（公眾地方潔淨罪行）條例（第 570 章） 定額罰款（公眾地方潔淨罪行）條例（第 570 章） Fixed Penalty (Public Cleanliness Offences) Ordinance (Chap. 570) 內容簡介 Contents： (1) 犬隻糞便弄污街道 Fouling of street by dog faeces. 罰則 Penalties： 定額罰款港幣 1,500 元 Fixed Penalty of HKD1,500 貓狗規例（第 167A 章） 貓狗規例（第 167A 章） Dogs and Cats Regulation (Chap. 167A) 內容簡介 Contents： (1) 任何人不得屠宰任何狗隻或貓隻以作食物之用，不論 其是否供人食用。

No person shall slaughter any dog or cat for use as food whether for mankind or otherwise. (2) 任何人不得售賣或使用或允許他人售賣或使用狗肉及 貓肉作食物 No person shall sell or use or permit the sale or use of the flesh of dogs and cats for food. 罰則 Penalties： 罰款港幣 5,000 元及監禁 6 個月 Fine of HKD5,000 and imprisonment for 6 months 狂犬病規例（第 421A 章） 狂犬病規例（第 421A 章） Rabies Regulation (Chap. 421A) 內容簡介 Contents： (1) 任何人不得畜養超過 5 個月大的狗隻，但根據及按 照署長發給的牌照而畜養，則屬例外 No person shall keep a dog over the age of 5 months except under and in accordance with a licence granted by the Director. (2) 狗隻畜養人須安排其狗隻在 5 個月大時接種狂犬病 疫苗，其後須每隔不超過 3 年接種一次。

The keeper of a dog shall cause that dog to be vaccinated against rabies at the age of 5 months and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 3 years. 罰則 Penalties： 罰款港幣 10,000 元 Fine of HKD10,000 噪音管制條例（第 400 章 第 5 條） 噪音管制條例（第 400 章 第 5 條） Noise Control Ordinance (Chap. 400, Sect. 5) 內容簡介 Contents： (1) 任何人於任何時間，在住用處所或公眾地方畜養動物或 雀鳥，而該動物或雀鳥發出的噪音對任何人而言是其煩 擾的根源，即屬犯罪 Any person who at any time in any domestic premises or public place keeps any animal or bird that makes any noise which is a source of annoyance to any person commits an offence. 罰則 Penalties： 最高罰款港幣 10,000 元 Fine of up to HKD10,000 危險狗隻規例（第 167D 章）危險狗隻規例（第 167D 章） Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Chap. 167D) 內容簡介 Contents： (1) 格鬥狗隻及已知危險狗隻 Fighting Dogs and Known Dangerous Dogs (i) 任何人身為格鬥狗隻或已知危險狗隻的畜養人，即屬犯罪；如畜養人顯 示有一份證明該狗隻已進行絕育的獸醫證明書，則不屬犯罪。

A person who is the keeper of a fighting dog or a known dangerous dog shall commit an offence unless he shows that there is a veterinary certificate certifying that the dog has been neutered. (ii) 任何人安排、容受或准許任何格鬥狗隻或已知危險狗 隻進入或留在公眾地方，而 (a) 該狗隻是沒有穩妥地戴 上足以防止其咬噬任何人的口套的；或 (b) 該狗隻是沒 有被人用一條長度不超逾 1.5 米的狗帶穩妥地牽引的，該人即屬犯罪A person who causes, suffers or permits a fighting dog or a known dangerous dog to enter or remain in a public place (a) without the dog being securely fitted with a muzzle sufficient to prevent it from biting any person; or (b) without it being securely held on a leash of not more than 1.5 m in length by a person, commits an offence. (iii) 格鬥狗隻或已知危險狗隻的畜養人須確保有關狗隻均須 藉在所有時間配戴著符合規格的頸圈而予以識別，否則 即屬犯罪。

The keeper of a fighting dog or a known dangerous dog shall ensure that the dog is identified at all times by wearing a specified collar. (2) 大型狗隻 Large Dogs (i) 任何人不得安排、容受或准許任何大型狗隻進入或留 在公眾地方，除非(a) 該狗隻是被人用一條長度不超逾 2 米的狗帶穩妥地牽引的；或 (b) 該狗隻是用一條長度 不超逾 1.5 米的狗帶以不會對公眾及動物的安全以及 該狗隻的福利構成危險的方式穩妥地縛在固定物體上 的No person shall cause, suffer or permit a large dog to enter or remain in a public place unless the dog (a) is being securely held on a leash of not more than 2 m in length by a person; or (b) is securely tied to a fixed object on a leash of not more than 1.5 m in length in a manner that does not pose a danger to public and animal safety, and welfare of the dog. 罰則：罰則： 最高罰款港幣 25,000 元及監禁長達 6 個月 Penalties: Fine of up to HKD25,000 and jail for up to 6 months 註：格鬥狗隻包括以下犬種和其混種 Fighting dogs include the following and their cross 阿根庭杜告狗 Dogo Argentino 巴西非拉狗 Fila Braziliero 日本土佐犬 Japanese Tosa 比特鬥牛犬 Pit Bull Terrier 已知危險狗隻指藉裁判官命令分類為已知危險狗隻的狗隻。

Known dangerous dogs means dogs classified as known dangerous dogs by magistrate’s orders. 大型狗隻指體重達 20 公斤或以上的狗隻Large dogs means dogs having a body weight of 20 kg or above. 。
