    • 上海交通大学硕士学位论文XX银行对公中间业务经营现状和发展模式的实证分析姓名:汪漪申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:费一文20100110XX 银行对公中间业务经营现状和发展模式的实证分析 摘 要 当今国际经济金融形势跌宕起伏, 国内经济也经历着前所未有的调整,国内外银行业竞争日益加剧,如何在激烈的竞争中保持自身的核心竞争力成了各家银行发展策略的重心 单一依赖传统的存贷业务获取利差已无法应对日益激烈的市场挑战, 从而银行业务的焦点也由传统的存款、贷款业务转向了中间业务因此,为了求得生存和发展,商业银行必须适时加快中间业务的发展, 中间业务的发展是提升银行核心竞争力的重要举措 本文以 XX 银行为研究对象, 提出发展中间业务是提升 XX 银行核心竞争力的有效策略 对其自 2006 年成立以来至 2009 年上半年对公中间业务的发展情况以及相关经营数据进行了分析,并对 XX 银行对公中间业务的发展现状、存在的不足进行了阐述另外在分析现有对公中间业务核心竞争力的基础上提出了更好提升核心竞争力的建议与措施 本文首先阐述了选择该研究课题的背景和目的,研究的思路和方法,并且简单描述了整个论文的研究框架。

      其次, 文章阐述了核心竞争力的相关理论和商业银行核心竞争力的要素和特征通过对 XX 银行基本情况的介绍,对其核心竞争力进行了分析,提出发展中间业务是提升 XX 银行核心竞争力重要策略论述中以商业银行中间业务的一般理论为基础,包括业务的基本概念、分类以及特点等, 同时阐述了发展中间业务能够给提升银行核心竞争力带来的作用 然后,通过对 XX 银行对公中间业务经营模式的分析,分别对其公司业务组织架构、管理模式、收费模式、会计核算模式及激励机制进行了介绍,提出其对 XX 银行对公中间业务发展的作用并且分析了现有机制存在的问题,提出了改进的设想 最后,通过对 XX 银行对公中间业务现有核心竞争力的分析,指出适度调整公司业务经营战略、 继续推动产品为核心的营销模式以及加强合规经营,建立完善的风险管理体系是提升 XX 银行对公中间业务发展核心竞争力的有效手段 关键词: 核心竞争力,对公中间业务,经营模式,驱动因素,产品创新,风险管理 THE RESEARCH OF OPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT STRADEGY OF XX BANK’S CORPORATION INTERMEDIARY BUSINESS ABSTRACT The current international economic and financial situation is showing ups and downs and the domestic economy has experienced unprecedented adjustment, so domestic and foreign banking competition is increasing. How to maintain its core competencies in the fierce competition has become the focus of development strategy for the banks. Single-reliance on traditional deposit and loan business has been unable to cope with the increasingly fierce market challenges, so the focus of banking business turns from the traditional deposit, lending business to intermediary business. Therefore, in order to seek survival and development, commercial banks are required to speed up the intermediary business development, which is an important measure to enhance the core competitiveness of banks. In this paper, XX bank is the research object and the research concludes that the development of intermediary business is the most effective strategy to enhance its core competitiveness. The public and business development as well as related operational data since its foundation in 2006 until the middle of 2009 were analyzed, and XX Bank business developments among the public status of the deficiencies were described. Also basing on the analysis of existing core business competitiveness, it is concluded that the development of intermediary business is a better proposal to enhance the core competitiveness. This paper begins by describing the selection of the background and purpose of research, research ideas and methods, and a brief description of the research framework for the entire paper. Secondly, the article discusses the relevant theory of core competitiveness and the elements and characteristics of commercial banks’ core competitiveness. Through the introduction of the basic conditions XX Bank, its core competencies were analyzed for the development of intermediary business is to enhance the core competitiveness of XX Bank an important strategy. Based on the general theory including the basic concepts of business, classification and characteristics, the paper discussed in the intermediary business of commercial banks and at the same time, it described the efficient role that the development of intermediary business takes to enhance the core competitiveness of the bank. Then, through the analysis of the XX bank’s business model, business organizational structure, management mode, charging mode, accounting mode and incentive mechanisms, the paper put forward the role of intermediary business in the development of XX Bank, the problems of existing mechanisms and proposed writer’s improve vision. Finally, through the analysis of existing core competencies, the paper put forward that a moderate adjustment of the company business strategy, continuous promotion of the products as the core of the marketing model, strengthening compliance management, a sound risk management system are effective means to enhance the core competitiveness of XX Bank’s intermediary business.
