去机场接人的商务礼仪 篇一：机场接机　　Chapter One At the Airport　　第一章 机场迎接　　Section 1 Business Background Tips　　第一节 商务文化背景和技巧　　1．机场迎接外宾，是商务交往接待活动中的首要步骤，是表示主人友谊、表现礼貌修养的主要活动最主要的是，给外宾留下良好的第一印象能够使双方气氛愈加融洽，方便相互建立感情，为后来谈判的顺利进行作好铺垫因此第一印象是首要的 The first impression is foremost.　　2．商务交往接待活动中有很多礼仪礼节，还有很多的客套话，这些客套话是由风俗习惯决定的，有着固定的搭配和用词，不可随便改动，需谨慎遵从　　3．机场迎接外宾要提前做好准备工作，其中包含：　　1 主人应该提前了解外宾抵达的航班立即间，而且应首先了解外宾的习惯、兴趣，或外宾所在国家或地域的风俗习惯、忌讳等　　2 主人应提前一周或早些为外宾预订好房间，帮外宾办理好一切入住手续　　3 安排和外宾职位相当的人员前往迎接，若因某种原因，对应职位的主人不能前往，前往迎接的人员应立即向外宾作出礼貌的解释，然后向对方介绍自己和同行人员。

　　4 主人到机场去迎接外宾应提前抵达，恭候外宾的到来，绝不能迟到让外宾久等要确定对方身份，避免闹出笑话；接到外宾后，应首先表示欢迎：“You are warmly welcome to our country/city.
