保加利亚玫瑰公司简介早在 1270 年，保加利亚是从叙利亚引进的大马士革玫瑰16 世纪，保加利亚人开始用玫瑰提取玫瑰水，自 1680 年后保加利亚开始将大部分玫瑰用于生产香料工业用的玫瑰油，18 世纪中期保加利亚玫瑰油或经土耳其伊斯坦布尔的海运、或经罗马尼亚的布加勒斯特和奥地利的维也纳经过陆路运输，出口到欧洲19 世纪早期，保加利亚玫瑰谷的玫瑰和玫瑰油生产，是以家庭作坊形式进行的，到了 20 世纪，保加利亚已成为世界上最大的玫瑰油生产国 保加利亚玫瑰公司成立于 1947 年总部位于富有传统特色的，世界著名的玫瑰谷玫瑰谷温和的气候、适宜的海拔是耕作轻油质农作物的绝佳地方这是最佳耕种提取香料和化妆品原料的天然作物的先决条件经过几十年的变迁，做为政府授权的保加利亚奥托玫瑰唯一生产厂商，已经成为保加利亚玫瑰的种植、生产、研发为一体植物化学公司，除著名的玫瑰精油外，她生产的其他 26 种植物精油、基础油，护肤产品、日化产品以及香精香料，也已成为业内翘楚保加利亚玫瑰公司的质量管理系统，是根据 ISO9000 国际质量管理体系标准建立的，符合现代 EN ISO9001:2000 的要求，严格控制产品质量。

In the beginning the factory is run as an independent production facility, but after the State Economic Organization named PHARMACHIM was established it took the BULGARSKA ROSA factory over its control. Until the 60s, the production process in the factory is seasonal and involves production of essential oils – rose, lavender and mint, as well as concretes- rose and lavender, and absolutes – rose and lavender. But the needs of Bulgarian developing perfumery & cosmetics industry impose the production of synthetic aromatic substances. It started in 1967 by erection of the SYNTHESES plant in Karlovo. The following year, also in Karlovo, a production shop for soap compositions was created, as its products were intended to aromatise soap, detergents and domestic chemistry agents. Two scientific research groups were organized in order to render to the synthetic aromatic substances and compositions’ production process. At the beginning of 1973 new products are implemented – sauces and compositions for aromatizing tobacco, as well as compositions for toothpastes. In 1976 the factories from Karlovo, Kazanluk, Plovdiv, Gorna Oriahovitsa and Shumen are merged into a state combined organization named BULGARSKA ROSA WITH THE HEADQUARTERSIN Karlovo. A DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION BASE was established the same year. Its experts were dealing with solution of current problems and, at the same time, they were developing and putting into production a number of new technologies and products. During that period of time the factory comes as the leading producer of natural rose water and lavender spirit. In 1981 a series of phyto shampoos was developed and put into production, as through years the number of their article went up to nine. During the period of 1983 – 1996 the BULGARSKA ROSA company underwent a number of transformations. In 1997 the company was privatized and transformed into a joint-stock enterprise. 2000 the development and implementation of cosmetics products takes the start, by which the production cycle is closed – from the production of raw substances for perfumery and cosmetics – to the final products. BULGARSKA ROSA Inc. employs highly qualified technological staff of a many-year experience in the field of cosmetics product development in accordance with the contemporary world trends. Each employee of the company is fully responsible for their work quality. Since 28.04.2001 a Quality Control System has been implemented; it was developed and is functioning in accordance with the requirements of a number of international standards ISO 9000, as it was made modeling the ISO 9001:2000. The company possesses a Test Laboratory, which in 1994 received its first accreditation from the STANDARDIZATION & METROLOGY COMMITTEE in accordance with BDS EN 45003:1993. Nowadays, the Bulgarian Accreditation Service accredits the Laboratory with the Certificate of Accreditation BSA Reg. No 63-LI(17) valid until 29.02.2008 – in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard BDS EN ISO/ IEC 17025:2001. The Certificate gives the laboratory the right to carry out sample tests over the following products:* - Natural aromatic products – essential oils, extraction products (concretes, absolutes, resinoids, plant extracts);* - Synthetic aromatic substances and isolates;* - Tobacco sauces and compositions;* - Liquid essences for foods;* - Cosmetics products;* - Domestic chemical agents;* - Raw materials for cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry.
