92页本科生毕业设计(论文)题 目: 紫金山金矿 8wt/d 露采设计 -- 姓 名: 学 号: 学 院: 紫金矿业学院 专 业: 采矿工程 年 级: ****级 校内指导教师: 校外指导教师: **** 年 5 月 28 日紫金山金矿 8wt/d 露采设计摘 要本设计是在紫金山露天金矿实习后,根据实习期间所收集的相关资料和学院发的毕业设计任务书而最终完成的紫金山金矿 8wt/d 露天开采设计设计的主要内容有:矿区概况和矿床地质、露天开采境界的确定、露天矿床开拓运输、露天矿生产能力和工作制度、生产工艺设计、露天矿废石排弃、露天矿排水、总平面布置、技术经济指标等在设计过程中,运用类比、分析等方法,以矿山安全生产为首要问题,根据以往设计经验,结合现今金属行业的发展状况,以投入少、成本低为主要设计原则进行设计,通过几种方案的比较选出最终的采矿方法。
设计的重点在于开拓方法的选择,采掘运输系统的布置,采剥进度计划表的编制等设计题目来自实际工程,因此,设计的过程中,本人通过多种渠道了解国内外矿业露天开采的最新信息,选择适合的采矿设计方法,并对各个系统的设备进行选型和计算,确定设备工况,然后通过对各个系统生产作业能力的校验,对设备效率的比较,选择一个最优的方案,最后再进行经济核算以确定方案的合理性关键词: 露天开采,剥采比,开采境界,开拓运输,采掘进度计划The mining design of zijin Mountain gold Mine with 80 thousand tons / d outputAbstractThe design is by the zijin mountain gold mine after practice,according to the college issued the graduation design task book and relevant practice information gathered during my internship to complete the zijin mountain gold mine with 80000T / D opencast mining system design.The main contents of this design include: mining survey and geological, Open-pit mining boundary determination, open-air deposits to develop transportation, open-pit mine production capacity and work system, the design and the production process, open pit mine waste rock dump, open pit mine drainage, general layout, economy etc.. In the design process, the main use of analysis, analogy, mine safety production as the core, according to the history of design experience, combined with the metal industry development present situation, with low cost, low cost as the main principle for integrated design, through scheme comparison to select the final mining method.
