硕士学位论文-房地产目标成本管理应用研究 同济大学土木工程学院 硕士学位论文 房地产目标成本管理应用研究 姓名：蒙炳华 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：建筑与土木工程 指导教师：吴水根;李世平 20090101 摘要 摘要 我国房地产业竞争的焦点正在悄然演变，由过去的关系拿地逐步转向企业 综合实力的角逐成本管理水平作为企业竞争力的一个重要方面，越来越多地 受到房地产开发企业的重视 传统的预结算审算模式，显然已不能满足企业发展的需要，目标成本管理 成为房地产成本管理的发展方向和趋势以目标成本管理为前置核心，动态成 本管理为过程控制，及责任成本管理为保障和补充的主动型的房地产成本管理 体系，能够灵活、快捷地适应房地产项目开发的复杂性和特殊性，从而具有较 强的可操作性。
