Let’s warm up by singing a song about animals. Do you want to sing “Old MacDonald Had a Farm”?2. ReviewT: Yesterday, we learned some colors. Do you remember them? Can you help me name them?3. Introduce the new lesson.T: Who likes animals? Raise your hand if you do.(Encourage students to participate and answer.)Today we are going to learn some new words. We are going to learn some animal names. Are you ready?(Show pictures or toys of animals and elicit the names from students.)第二步:新词学习1. Teach new words.T: Look at these pictures/animals. What are they?(Point to each picture/toy and say the name.)T: Let’s repeat after me. (Say the word and have students repeat.)panda, lion, monkey, elephant, giraffe, rabbit, birdT: Good job! Practice saying the words again. (Have students practice saying the words.)2. Practice new words.T: Let’s play a game. I will say the name of an animal and you have to show me the toy or picture of that animal.(Point to each student and say a different animal name.
