40页1、南京林业大学本科毕业设计(论文)题 目: 木材刀具切削试验台增速机构设计 学 院: 南方学院 专 业: 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 号: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 职 称: 教授 二O一 三 年 五 月二十七 日摘要本文是在LQ-18型锯链切削试验台的基础上,分析总结经验,并结合设计要求对增速部分进行设计。介绍试验台的研究意义以及作用。本文主要设计了一种木材刀具切削试验台增速机构可以更好的评定油锯、电链锯锯链的切削性能,即检测锯链的锋利性、进锯的轻便性、锯链运转的平稳性及锯切效率的高低。根据目前国内外现有的生产锯链品种规格多,适用于不同的油锯、电链锯,且工作时的锯链切削速度高低差异很大,切削功耗相差很大。为能评定锯链切削木材时的切削性能,所设计的试验台,需能模拟锯链的工作状态,反映锯链实际的切削速度和切削效率,因此应具有较宽的切削速度调节范围和进给速度调节范围;同时应具有较大的传递扭矩,可保证大节距高效率的锯链性能测定。关键词:传感器 试验台 切削AbstractThis paper was designed a kind of experiment table can be used
