9、ldren36Conclusion37References38Acknowledgment40Personal profiles41Letter of commitment42Authorization statement43中 文 摘 要近年来，随着社会与经济的快速发展, 城镇化进程日益加剧，加速了人口的流动，大量的农村劳动力向城市转移，在各种因素的影响下，外出务工人员无法将子女带在身边，只能滞留在户籍所在地由其他监护人代为监护，于是产生了农村留守儿童这一特殊群体。由于长期缺乏父母的监管，农村留守儿童产生了一系列问题，教育问题又是其中的重中之重。农村留守儿童教育直接影响农村的教育事业，进而影响农村社会的持续发展。研究农村留守儿童的教育问题有利于提高农村人口的整体素质，加快新农村建设的步伐，以及社会的长治久安。因此，必须加快对农村留守儿童教育问题的解决，让孩子健康成长，让家长安心工作，促进社会和谐稳定。本文以县级政府在农村留守儿童教育中的履职情况为视角，以X县为例进行了研究。县级政府在保障农村留守儿童义务教育和合法权益，以及人文关怀和财政扶持方面，负有重要责任。通过实地考察，对X县的现状进行分析，发现X县政府在农村留守儿童教育的履职过程中存在重视程度不够、财政投入不足、人文关怀不够、对城乡教育资源配置不均衡等问题。进而分析问题产生的原因，具体包括：对留守儿童的教育认识不到位、政府职能不清晰、监管不到位、综合协调能力欠缺等方面。针对问题产生的原因
