6、tion of Opening the GC/MSDGC/MSD开机操作a) Open the gas first, and then turn on the computer，switch on the power of MSD 5975C and GC 7890A, the instrument will pump down automatically.首先打开气源，然后打开计算机，再打开MSD 5975C、GC 7890A的电源,仪器自动开始抽真空。. When self-checking of each module is completed，click the icon “ ” on the desktop to enter MSD chemical station”。等待仪器自检完毕，在桌面双击“ ”图标，进入MSD化学工作站。. “Tune and Vacuum Control” icon in the “View” menu will be selected to observe the vacuum state whether it is normal or not.

7、从“View”菜单中选择进入调谐与真空控制界面，观察真空状态。. After pumping down for 4 hours, then select “Autotune” or “Standard spectra autotune” in the “Tune” menu. The tune report will be printed automatically when the automatic tune is completed. Store the tune file.抽真空4小时后，单击“Tune”菜单，选择“Autotune”或“Standard spectra autotune”，进行调谐。质谱自动调谐完成后将自动打出调谐报告，保存调谐文件。2. If it is necessary to edit the comments of this method, then click “OK”.出现“Method Information”窗口，如有需要编辑关于该方法的注释，然后点击“OK”。c) Enter “Inlet and Injection Parameters”, Select “GC” for “Sample Inlet” , “GC ALS” for “Injection Source” (if automatic liquid sampler is not used, then select “Manual”), “Inlet Location

9、” and “MS Connected to” , and then click “OK”.进入“Inlet and Injection Parameters”，选择“Sample Inlet”为“GC”、“Injection Source”为“GC ALS”（如果未使用自动液体进样器则选择“Manual/手动”），选择“Inlet Location”和“MS Connected to”单击“OK”。d) Edit GC parametersGC参数设置Enter “GC Edit Parameters” .进入“GC Edit Parameters”。.
