制动踏板操纵机构的设计
36页1、题 目:制动踏板操纵机构的设计 摘 要动踏板操纵机构对于汽车来说是至关重要的,能够有效的使汽车平稳的停止,来保证汽车正常的运行。对于动踏板操纵机构的设计,有助于提高动踏板操纵机构的使用的性能,针对于此,对于动踏板操纵机构进行了设计。本文首先对于动踏板操纵机构使用情况进行分析,这为设计动踏板操纵机构提供了设计的依据。近本文通过对汽车制动踏板操纵机构的设计,展示制动踏板操纵机构设计的主要步骤以及特点。本文首先对于制动踏板操纵机构的结构进行分析,并且研究了相关的制动踏板操作结构的生产技术,在对于制动踏板操作结构的加工工艺进行分析,从而进行制定制动踏板操作结构的加工方案,有助于对于制动踏板操作结构的设计。再通过对于目前汽车制动踏板操纵机构在现实使用的过程中,它存在着众多的缺点以及不足,严重的影响着制动踏板操作机构在汽车中的使用,所以应该在此基础上进行改善,来完善这些缺点以及不足。再根据制动踏板操作结构的工作原理采用数学建模的形式对于制动踏板操作结构进行优化设计,从而能够保证制动踏板操作结构的使用的性能。最后通过对于制动踏板操作机构生产制造的相关的数据进行相关的优化,建立了该机构的等效变异设计模
