34页1、大众朗逸轿车制动器结构设计大众朗逸轿车制动器结构设计摘 要:改革开放以后,我国的经济得到飞速发展,汽车行业在良好的政策扶持下不断进步,取得了不菲的成绩。随着科技的不断进步,各项新技术在汽车上使用,使整车附属功能也日益增多,很大程度上提高了汽车的舒适性、动力性、燃油经济性和安全系数。对于轿车的安全系数,无疑是人们考虑的首要因素,其是保证车辆正常行驶的基础,是对驾乘人员安全用车的关键。所以,制动器设计是汽车设计中最关键的步骤。随着车速的递增以及路面愈加复杂,以及一些人的特殊性要求,制动器的设计成为各大车企研究的首要任务。汽车上采用的制动器种类有很多,随着对各类制动器的研究发现浮钳盘式制动器在散热、自重、结构、热稳定性等多方面具有优势,已经在在包括大众朗逸在内的多款车型上使用。本次毕业设计的主要任务就是参考大众朗逸的配置参数对浮钳盘式制动器进行结构设计。首先通过学习了解、查阅资料得到大众朗逸基本参数,以此为基准对制动系统方案进行选择,然后对浮钳盘式制动器进行参数选择并计算,再对其结构进行设计,最后对制动性能进行分析,依据计算得出的数据验证选型设计的合理性,并利用AUTO CAD绘制零件图和装
