41页1、I油气混输管道流动特性研究油气混输管道流动特性研究摘 要在石油工业中,通常石油和天然气是一同生产出来并以混合物的方式进行输送。混合物在管路中流动时,不同参数的变化,形成许多不同的流型。不同的两相流态具有不同的动力学和传热特性,因而进行流态分析对两相流的理论研究与参数测量非常重要。 本篇论文主要介绍了气液两相流型的分类以及主要的研究方法,利用数值模拟软件FLUENT对管道内气液两相流态进行模拟分析。 参照对两相流动的特点的分析,分析FLUENT软件中多相流模型的使用特点,选定了用于模拟多相流在管道中流动的模型VOF模型。采用非稳态、隐式分离求解算法进行数值计算,对管道内流型进行分析。 模拟结果表明:VOF模型可以用来模拟多相流流型中的分层流、波浪流、气泡流、气团流、段塞流以及环状流;液量不变、气量增加条件下以及气量不变、液量减少条件下流型的变化趋势与理论分析相同。将油气两相模拟结果与Bfill流型图进行对比可知基本吻合。 关键词:两相流,流型,数值模拟,FLUENT Study on Flow Pattern ofTwo phase Flow Oil-gas Mixture Pipes
2、ABSTRACT In the petrolemn industry,oil and natural gasar e generally produced at the same time and sent in the form ofmixture When the mixture flows in pipeline,different flow patterns will be formed varying with various parameterschanges The dynamics and heat transfer characteristic is different for different flow patterns of multiphase flowTherefore it is very important to study the flow regimes for the theoretical research of multiphase flow and the measurement of parameters Paper introduces
3、the flow patterns of oilgas flow as well as the major research method,and simulate the flow regimes in pipeline with numerical simulation software FLUENT Through analyzing the characteristics of multiphase flow and the features of use of the multiphase models in FLUENT,the VOF model is selected to simulate the flow regimes of multiphase flow in pipePaper uses the unsteady,implicit,segregated slover to carry out the numerical calculation and does the qualitative analysis for the flow patterns in
4、pipes The simulation results show that VOF model can be used to simulate the stratified flow, stratified wavy flow, bubble flow, plug flow, slug flow and annular flowUnder the condition that gas flow increases or liquid flow reduces,changes of the flow pattern are the same as experiment conclusionsComparing oil-gas flow with the Brill Flow Pattern figure,we know that it is approximately consistent respectively KEY WORDS:Two-phase Flow, Flow Pattern,Numerical Simulation,FLUENT目 录摘 要IStudy on Flow
