3、448.3.6 冷凝器水系统连接管设计458.4水系统截止阀和弯头设计458.5水系统保温管设计45结 束 语46致 谢48参考文献50KLRFP-600-水冷分离式风机盘管空调器KLRFP-600I-水冷分离式风机盘管空调器摘 要改革开放30年来,随着中国经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平得到了极大的提高,现在家用空调的普及率逐年升高并呈现出快速发展的趋势。特别是近几年人们对生活质量的看重和房地产的快速发展家用中央空调呈现出了空前的繁荣时期。水冷分离式风机盘管空调器是家用中央空调,专业上属于水环热泵的范畴。这种空调调节方便,节能,可同时提供暖和冷,经济性好、实用性强,系统布局简明大方,设计方便,设计周期短,施工及运行管理方便,还可分户计费等优点得到了很多用户的青睐,在国内外的发展速度也非常快。它的室外冷凝器部分采用水冷形式,室内蒸发器采用传统空调的风冷形式,制冷范围较大,可以在家用空调与一般中央空调之间灵活调节,同时造价不高,安装方便,因此近年来水冷分离式空调器发展极为迅速。该系统在水/空气热泵机组制热时,因为水循环环路中的水蒸汽是加热源;机组制冷时,则以水为放热源。当水环热泵空调系统制
4、热环境的吸热量不大于制热工作的排热量的时候,循环环路中的水温度上升,到必定程度时运用冷却塔排出热量;反之循环环路中的水温度下降,到必定程度时经过辅佐加热设备吸收热量。本文主要介绍了10kw(制冷面积在6070平方米)水冷分离式风机盘管空调器的设计思路及主要部分的设计计算,先后定性的分析了制冷剂的选择、压缩机的选用、冷凝器的水冷换热方式的确定、蒸发器换热方式的确定、节流机构的选择以及相关辅助设备的筛选及相关计算。在定量和定性的计算上明确介绍了热力计算、蒸发器的设计计算、冷凝器的设计计算、节流机构的选择计算、水环系统管路的计算以及其他辅助设备的选择过程。关键词 水冷分离/压缩机/冷凝器/蒸发器/水环热泵 KLRFP-600I- WATER-COOLED FAN COIL SPLIT AIR CONDITIONERSABSTRACTReform and opening up for 30 years, along with the rapid development of Chinas economy, peoples living standards have improved treme

Its outdoor condenser part adopts water-cooled form, indoor evaporator adopts the traditional air-conditioning cooling form, refrigeration range is bigger, can be in household air-con
7、ditioner and general central air conditioning, and cost between flexible adjustment is not high, easy installation, so in recent years very rapidly cooled separate air conditioner. In this system, the water/air heat pump units in water, heating water heating source of loop; Unit, criterion with water refrigeration for row heat. When water-loop heat pump system is less than the heat heating operation when the heat heating operation, put the water temperature circular loop, to certain degree gives
8、 off heat using cooling towers; Whereas the water temperature drop circular loop, to certain degree absorbs heat through assisted heating equipment.This article mainly introduced the 10kw (refrigeration area in 60-70 square meters) water-cooled separate fan coil air conditioner design idea and main part of the design and calculation, successively qualitative analyses of refrigerant compressor choice, the selection and condenser cooling ways of heat determined, evaporator heat throttle body determination, the way the option and auxiliary equipment choice calculation. Quantitative calculation are introduced in detail in the thermodynamic calculation on the design calculation, the evaporator design calculation, the throttle body choice calculation, water ring system pipeline calculation and other auxiliary equipment selection process.KEY WORDS water-cooled separation,compressor,condenser,evaporator,water loop heat pump
