    • 1、工程硕士学位论文 连云港HT公司新能源电动车充电站建设项目可行性研究连云港HT公司新能源电动车充电站建设项目可行性研究摘 要随着人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车工业得到了迅速的发展。与此同时,低碳经济成为我国未来发展的主要方向,“绿色、低碳、环保”是当下经济发展的主旋律。传统的燃油汽车给环境带来了严重的污染,因此节能减排成为了汽车工业发展的重要方向。新能源电动车应运而生,新能源电动车具有节能减排、保护环境等多方面的优点,也代表世界汽车产业的发展方向。新能源电动车充电站建设项目属于政府重点扶持项目,频繁的政策刺激,加上高额的购车补贴,汽车厂商纷纷推出自己的新能源汽车,2018年我国新能源汽车销量翻倍增长。在新能源电动车保有量迅速增长的过程中,除了电动汽车电池技术的进一步提高之外,电动汽车充电基础设施的完善程度也极大地影响着人们对新能源电动车的购买选择。新能源电动车的推广和应用需要不断的优化和完善相关配套设施的建设,电动汽车的充电设施建设是最为重要的环节。本文根据项目可行性研究理论,结合国内外相关参考文献和研究资料,对连云港HT公司新能源电动车充电站建设项目进行可行性研究。本文首先对国内国外的

      2、相关文献进行总结,并提出了研究内容和研究技术路线;进而对可行性研究的相关理论进行阐述和梳理,主要介绍项目的相关概念,项目可行性研究的主要内容、项目可行性分析的方法;介绍HT公司新能源电动车充电站建设项目基本情况和建设条件,对HT公司新能源电动车充电站项目进行市场分析,通过对项目的市场需求分析,阐述HT公司新能源电动车充电站项目建设的必要性;然后分析HT公司新能源电动车充电站项目建设方案,主要从技术可行性方面对项目的总体规划方案,建筑方案,节能方案等进行技术论证;对HT公司新能源电动车充电站项目进行经济可行性分析,从静态和动态两个方面分析项目的盈利能力,从盈亏平衡、敏感性等方面对项目的不确定性进行分析;最后,分析在项目开发过程中可能出现的风险,确定风险识别流程,提出风险防控措施。HT公司新能源电动车充电站建设项目可行性研究,为HT公司新能源电动车充电站项目建设的决策提供依据,并对类似项目建设的可行性研究具有一定的借鉴作用。关键词:新能源电动车,充电站,可行性研究,项目投资分析IIIAbstractWith the continuous improvement of peoples liv
