First of all, this paper proposes the theoretical basis for writing a thesis, mainly the content and influencing factors of tourism service quality and the measurement indicators and evaluation system of tourism service quality. Secondly, this paper takes Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Tourism Company Travel Company as a typical case, and adopts the form of questionnaire survey in the tourism service quality evaluation s
4、ystem of tourism enterprises. It analyzes the problems and causes of the enterprise tourism service level of Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Tourism Company from various angles.
