硅黄铜熔体电脉冲处理
47页1、摘 要铅黄铜是一种应用广泛的合金,但是由于铅具有很大的危害作用,因此要制造无污染的新型黄铜。研究表明硅元素可以有效代替铅元素,但其切削性能的改善尚需进一步研究。本文对硅黄铜熔体进行了电脉冲处理,通过改变脉冲电压和脉冲频率,并进行固溶时效处理,分析固溶时效后的相的形态、尺寸和分布。同时结合不同参数试样的基体硬度变化,初步分析了电脉冲熔体处理与固溶时效工艺对硅黄铜最终组织的影响。并利用扫描电镜,对不同参数下试样进行检测,研究了不同固溶时效工艺参数对硅黄铜中相的形态、尺寸和分布的影响。结果表明,电脉冲处理对硅黄铜材料的组织和性能有一定的影响。电脉冲熔体处理加速了硅黄铜时效的进程,时效的时间缩短了2h。固溶时效后的相得到了细化,分布均匀,显微硬度呈波动性变化。本实验结果对电脉冲处理技术与固溶时效处理技术改善硅黄铜切削性具有一定意义。关键词:硅黄铜;电脉冲处理;固溶时效处理;显微硬度;晶粒细化AbstractLead brass is a widely used alloy, but since lead has a great harm, thus to create pollution-fr

After solid solution and aging treatment of phase got refining, distribution, micro hardness fluctuation.
