毕业设计(论文)-车载起重机支撑系统设计
61页1、摘 要在我国,汽车起重机的发展已有五十年的历史了,由于受到客观条件的限制,一度发展较慢。进入九十年代发展迅速,但与国际先进水平还相差很远,主要表现在产品质量的稳定性、自动化、智能化等方面。车载起重机支撑系统的设计包括对支撑液压系统的设计和对支撑系统的机械结构设计。本设计的支腿形式采用H型支腿,这种支腿对地面适应性好,易于调平。它由水平和垂直8个液压缸组成。液压系统在支腿油路中设置双向液压锁元件,且直接安装在垂直液压缸上,防止管路破坏或液压缸活塞密封圈损坏时可能发生的事故。为了提高效率及整机调平需要,单个水平液压缸、垂直液压缸即可同时伸缩又可单独伸缩,结构简单操纵方便。支腿的整体装配采用较为普遍的焊接方式,就是支腿架和汽车底盘的连接采用焊接的方式。同时对液压缸系统分别从力位移、全局应力及局部应力进行了静力计算;进而对液压缸的主要轴向载荷承受部件活塞杆进行了纵向弯曲强度的校核,分析构件稳定性,符合要求。本设计满足40吨起重机工作时的稳定要求,结构简单,安全可靠。本设计对确定大、中型汽车起重机支撑系统设计方案,具有很强的现实意义。关键词:车载起重机;支撑系统;液压系统;液压缸 Abstrac
