TUNNEL DRYER - DUCTING SPECIFICATION隧道烘干机-风管技术说明1/GENERALITY1、概述Supply and installation of ventilation ducting for Spooner Tunnel dryer.Spooner公司隧道烘干机的风管的供货和安装The tunnel dryer is composed of 3 main parts:隧道烘干机主要由3段构成：・ 1 inclined part with 3 modules1个倾斜段，出3个单体构成- 1 top part with 5 modules1个上段，出5个单体构成・ 1 bottom part with 5 modules1个下段，出5个单体构成General scope of supply:供货范围概况：・ Supply and installation of all ducting for each part including elbows with turning vanes and support as per Spooner guide drawings按照Spooner公司条件图的要求，供货并安装烘干机各段的所有风管，包括弯 头、导流板和支撑；- Installation and supply of all flanges and bolts供货并安装所冇的法兰和螺栓；- Installation of dampers and accessories supplied by Spooner安装Spooner公司供应的风门和配件；- Supply and installation of structure support for wash down ducts, catch basins and heat exchangers供货并安装缓清洗管、集水池，并供货并安装热交换机的支撑结构;- Installation of heat exchangers supplied by Spooner安装Spooner公司供货的热交换机；- Supply and installation of exhaust chimney供货并安装排气烟囱；- Supply and installation of insulation made of rock wool 75 mm thick thermal coefficient RW3 and aluminum sheet protection 0.6mm thk, installed with screws and with sealing injunction lap供货并安装75mm厚的岩棉保温层，保温系数RW3,外带0.6mm厚的铝板保护 层，使用螺丝安装，接搭处进行密封；- Painting of all part in carbon steel epoxy primer and finishing RAL blue 5000所有碳钢部件喷涂坏氧底漆和面漆，劳尔色卡蓝色5000 (RALblue 5000)；- Supply of all sealing between flanges, dumpers and equipment. Sealing rope high temperature (200C) dia 6mm compressed to 2mm after installation供应法兰、风门和设备之间的所有密封材料。
