    • I摘 要水资源、水环境是人类生存的基础,而供水是一个关系国计民生的重要产业,随着我国生活水平的提高,人们对供水水质的要求也越来越高水厂计算机自动控制系统作为保证安全、连续、优质供水的措施,其应用前景是非常广阔的 本文介绍了净水厂的滤池自动监控系统的软件设计,整个软件设计包括上位机监控程序设计和下位机 PLC 的控制程序设计此程序主要分为上位机下位机来进行控制,其中上位机采用计算机,下位机用西门子公司所生产的 S7—300、S7 —200 系列的可编程控制器(PLC ) ,利用 Profibus—DP 总线进行 300 和 200 之间的通信文章主要包括绪论、系统涉及主要基础知识、需求总体分析及总体设计、上位机监控程序设计、下位机 PLC 控制程序设计、系统调试与完善等此外,可编程序控制器具有可靠性高、编程简单、抗干扰能力强等一系列优点,所以广泛应用于工业控制领域,而且由于 PC机具有较好的人机界面和控制决策能力,从而使得 PLC 在人机交互性能方面的功能大大加强这次的净水厂滤池自动监控系统的设计达到了当今现代自动化所追求的标准化、科技化、人性化的要求,使得该控制系统具有很强的可靠性、维护性和智能性。

With our living standards improving,the demand of the quality of water supply is higher and higher. As a measure of guarantee safer、persistent 、good quality,the applying prospect of computer automatic control system is very wideThis article has introduced the software design of clean water disposal craft computer control system's software, The whole software system include monitoring and control system of upper-computer and PLC (programmable controller) control program of downer-computer. The system includes tow parts, the upper-computer and the downer-computer. The upper-computer adopts PC, and the downer-computer adopts programmable controller (PLC), of s7-200 and s7-300 series produce by Siemens company, makes use of method controlled in profibus-DP to realize the communication between s7-200 and s7-300. This article include introduction, the main knowledge that system used, system requirement analyze, upper-computer soft design, downer-computer soft design, system debug, ect... In addition can programmable controller have dependability high, programmable simple, anti-interference a series of advantages such as being better, so apply to the industry controlled field extensively and because the pc has better man-machine interface and controls decision ability, make PLC function in human-computer interaction performance strengthen greatly.
