目 录 1.企业简介 2.名誉院长 3.现任院领导 4.执业资质及证书 5.组织架构与服务领域 6.部分项目业绩 7.荣誉及奖项 广州大学建筑设计研究院成立于1988年2月，隶属于广州大学，是集设计、科 研、教学于一体的高科技型独立法人企业本院具有建筑行业建筑工程甲级 资质，文物保护勘察设计甲级资质，规划编制乙级资质，可以承接建筑工程 设计、城市规划设计、建筑装饰设计、景观设计、古建文物维修保护、岩土 工程设计、可行性研究等项目我院是质量管理ISO9001：2008认证单位，同 时也是十年以上的守合同重信用单位 全院设有院长办、总工办、行政办，财务办以及多个设计所综合设计所有 一至八所、泛思所﹑昇跃所等；专项设计所有：物流规划设计研究院、方案 所、景观所、环境艺术设计研究所、高层建筑与城市规划研究所、旅游规划 所、岭南古建筑研究所及声学所﹑设备所、预算所等等；此外，还有深圳﹑ 东莞﹑广西、重庆﹑昆明﹑佛山、郑州、四川、北京、海南、惠州等分院 院本部在册职工总人数227人，其中技术人员170人，占总人数的75%，其中， 高级职称人数33人，初级职称以上人数86人，一级注册建筑师13人，一级注 册结构师16人，注册规划师7人，其他专业注册师6人。

企业简介 我院坚持改革开放前沿阵地的优势，大力推进建筑设计院的创新体制，紧跟 国际、国内的行业发展行势，进行项目设计的模式改革，繁荣岭南建筑创作 ，推进技术创新建院以来，先后设计了千余项的建筑设计工程，设计及服 务质量都得到了广泛好评，赢得了一定的社会信誉 在各类工程设计项目中，包含有办公科研、文化教育、商业酒店、医疗卫生 、体育运动、交通物流、古城古庙等各类公共建筑以及住宅小区、工业厂房 等，先后有近20项获得了建设部、广东省及广州市的奖励所设计的工程实 例包括广东省高级人民法院业务楼、广州中房大厦、广州电视台、广州芭蕾 舞团、广州国际科贸中心、广州医学院学术交流中心、广州市第一人民医院 新外科楼、广州火车站改造工程、清远市政府办公大楼、清远市政府会议中 心、海南大学音乐厅、从化养生谷国际休闲会议中心等，在广州市乃至广东 省的基本建设项目中树立了较好的品牌效应特别是在广州市医疗建筑建设 和国家级示范性普通高中的建设方面创立了自己的品牌，如广州市第一人民 医院住院楼、广州医学院教学学术交流中心、广州 市第一人民医院旧外科楼室内工程、广州市药品检验所扩建实验楼工程、广 雅中学图书馆、广州市一中、广州市三十五中、从化中学、广州市八十九中 、广州大学附属中学（新校区）等，取得了良好的社会效益。

我院围绕着“科学发展、和谐建设”两大主题，把“创品牌，创名牌”作为发展目 标，以“技术为核心，以客户为中心”的工作态度，以“广大人的精神——责任 、诚信、敬业、创新”的崭新面貌，在加强设计院内部管理，严把设计质量关 的同时，不断开发设计市场，力求为各界提供优质的服务，业务范围立足广 州、遍及广东、辐射全国、走出国门，以高素质的团队精神，以高技术的、 高水平的高等学校科研平台，面向世界，为广州大学建筑设计研究院的发展 目标奋勇前进! ▪ Founded in Feb.1988, and approved by the Administrative Department for Industry and Commerce as a legal person in 1993, the Architecture Design and Research Institute of Guangzhou University is one of the Grade-A architecture design institutes certified by the Ministry of Construction, the Qualification Certificate no.191119-sj, for undertaking construction projects and relevant engineering consultant services, decorative design and landscape and gardening design. It also has obtained Grade-B urban planning certificate and liscense, the certificate number [Canton] Urban Planning no. 052034, for carrying on urban planning projects and relevant engineering consultant services. Its predecessor was Architecture Design and Research Institute of South China Construction College(west). ▪ Afflicted to Guangzhou University, the Institute is a sci-tech enterprise providing a wide range of design and research services. Besides the Dean's Office, the Administration Office and the Chief Engineer’s Office, the Institute owns a scheme center, 5 branch institutes in composite design, an architecture design and planning centre, the Lingnan Ancient Architecture Research Center, Dongguan Branch, and Guangxi Branch. It boasts to have a staff of 107 people, including 84 technicists, 33 with senior technical title, and 40 medium title. Among them, we have 6 class A registered architects, 6 class B registered architects, 12 class A registered structure engineers, 3 registered planners. ▪ Over the past two decades since its establishment, the Institute has completed several handred architecture design projects and services, and gained a good reputation and financial benefits as well as the high remarks from our society and clients for the high quality designs and services. The engineering and design projects covers a variety of types including public buildings, schools, government office buildings, the planning and designing for residential areas, industrial plants etc., Among them, there are more than 20 projects that won the Ministry, provincial and municipal level awards and prizes. Of the designs, such main projects as the Judicial Building of the Superior People's Court of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou Zhongfang Building, Guangzhou Broadcasting Station, Guangzhou Ballet, Guangzhou International Sci-tech Trading Centre, the Academic Exchange Center of Guangzhou Medical College, the New Surgery Building of Guangzhou NO.1 People's Hospital, Qingyuan Municipal Administration office, Qingyuan Municipal Conference Center and Guangzhou NO.3 Detention House have won us the brand effect and gained reputation in the infrastructure circle in Guangzhou city and Guangdong province. Of the awards and prizes, the Superior People's Court of Guangdong Province has won both the second prize in the 10th provincial outstanding engineering design and the second prize in the annual awards for outstanding engineering design of Guangzhou in 2000. Besides, we have won more than ten other awards at the municipal level. ▪ In the Construction of Guangzhou medical buildings and the state level demonstrating senior high school, we have successfully won the bidding for projects of the Guangzhou No. 1 Hospital In-patient Building, the Teaching and Academic Exchange Center of Guangzhou Medical College, the interior project of the old surgery building of Guangzhou No.1 People’s Hospital , the Extended Experimental Building of Guangzhou Institute for Drug Control, Guangya Middle School Library, Guangzhou No. 1 Middle School, Guangzhou No. 35 Middle School, Conghua Middle School, Guangzhou No. 89 middle school, the Middle School afflicted to Guangzhou Univer。
