8页Unit6 I'm watching TV Section A(1a-1c)教案九江市鹤湖学校 陈 蕊一、教材分析本节课内容设计是围绕“everyday activities”这一个话题“谈论现在正在进行或发生的动作”,主要的教学内容是现在进行时,以“What are you doing?”这一主题引出现在进行时的一般疑问句,否定句以及特殊疑问句等语言功能这一话题贴近学生的日常生活,语言素材源于学生生活实际,因此有助于提高学生学习英语的兴趣我的教学设计理念:1、遵循任务型教学的教学理念,以学生为主体,以任务为中心,在运用语言完成任务的过程中来学习,体会和掌握语言2、自始至终贯穿了以交际为目的的原则(在做中学,在学中用)3、在教学过程中,关注学生的生活实际和生活体验,树立以学生为本的思想,提倡学生参与、体验、亲身实践、独立思考、合作探究,从而实现教学方式和学习方式二、教学目标1.知识目标 1)短语和单词1.watching TV 2. cleaning 3. reading a newspaper 4. talking on the phone 5. listening to a CD 6. using the computer 7. making soup 8. washing the dishes 9. exercising 2)句型结构What are you doing? I'm watching TV.What's he/she doing? He/She's reading.What are they doing ? They're watching TV.---Is he reading? ------Yes, he is./ No, he isn’t.3)语法The structure of the Present Progressive Tense The present participle2.能力目标1)能用现在进行时的各种形式进行准确的描述和表达正在发生的动作。
2)能掌握现在进行时态及一些表示具体动作的词组搭配,如:doing homework, watching TV, eating dinner… 等3.情感目标通过对本单元的任务性活动,我的目的是能培养培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣,乐于参加各种活动的积极情感,乐于合作,培养学生团结合作的精神4.学习策略通过本节课的教学,我要求学生能通过观察别人的行为和活动时能用现在进行时来准确地表达所发生或进行的动作 三、教学的重点和难点教学重点:What are you doing? I am v-ing. W hat is he doing ? He is v-ing. 以及四会单词和短语和现在进行时的用法教学难点:现在进行时中现在分词的结构及读音,能在交际中准确地运用现在进行时来描述或表达正在进行的动作,尤其是一般疑问句的应用四、教学方法1.教法分析 1)现在进行时是学生刚刚接触的一种新的语法项目,而本单元的话题源自生活,立足这一点,我充分利用学生已有的知识和生活经验和网络资源,创设生活化的真实情境,运用学生,老师的生活照片(或半真实情境)引导学生在 运用语言中学习语言,然后在学习新的语言知识后创造性地运用语言(为用而学, 在用中学,学了就用)。
2)借助多媒体开展多种类型的任务型活动,如动画歌曲,表演、做报告、游戏、唱歌等提供给学生合作交流的空间和时间,促使学生为完成任务和同学进行合作,为完成任务进行探究性学习2.学法指导新制定的《英语课程标准》把“培养学生学习英语的兴趣,树立自信心,培养良好学习习惯和形成有效策略,发展自主学习和合作精神”放在了首位依据课改的精神,我从以下几个方面对学生进行学法指导 1)学习方法的指导 培养学生观察力,想象力,记忆力以及思维能力用生动的多媒体课件调动学生的感官进行听说读写的训练 2)学习积极性的调动 我在教学过程中创造一种开放的,和谐的,积极互动的语言氛围,把课堂变成有声有色的舞台,让学生在乐中学 3)学习能力的培养 通过连贯的听说读写,游戏竞赛等,培养学生的交际能力,发展他们的思维能力,让学生自己在应用中发现问题,解决问题 4)学习策略的指导 本节课将在课堂活动中让学生围绕着课堂任务在小组中分工合作,在活动中相互探讨、相互交流、相互合作,从而获得知识、技能和情感体验,发展他们的能力创建开放式,探究式的课堂,有意识渗透学习策略的训练我让学生观察课件画面,回答问题,让学生学会使用认知策略;让学生表演对话,实现交际策略;引导学生与他人合作,培养学生的合作意识与探究能力。
3.教学手段多媒体辅助:将本课所需要的动画、录音、图片、文字、图表和音乐制成PPT课件,使抽象的语言变得直观,为学生运用英语进行交际创设情景,实现师生互动,生生互动和人机互动的多向交流五、Teaching proceduresStep1 Warming–up1. Greetings.(为了沟通师生关系,进行相互问候)2 Listen to a song “London bridge is falling down”,and sing with lyrics:(听一首活泼愉快的歌曲并跟唱,既能激发学生的学习兴趣,又能顺利地过渡到现在进行时的学习)Step2 asking-and-answering activities; pair-work and ask some pairs to act out their conversations.1.Show the picture of students in our class. Leading-in ask “What does she/he look like?” to review last unit. Then ask the student in the picture “What are you doing?”学生给出答案:I’m getting dressed/using the computer2. Show pictures of their classmates and teachers on the screen. Ask ss to do a pair-work and ask some pairs to act out their conversations.(通过Pair work,让学生变被动为主动,敢于开口,积极参与,并且通过此活动观察句子,很容易总结出现在进行时的结构)SA :“What is he/she doing?” SB :“He/She is?”. 和“What are they doing?” They are ??. Teach: cleaning, reading a newspaper, making soup, talking on the phone...as the same way.(通过多媒体课件显示,让学生在真实情景中学习短语和全面感受出现在进行时的结构和用法。
既能复习旧的短语又能学习新的,以旧带新,扎扎实实,层层递进Step 3 Grammar learning(通过前面的对话联系,给出语法中的句子,让学生归纳总结现在进行时的概念构成及V-ing变化规律并通过练习巩固)Step 4 Practice 1a and 1b1.
