    • 分类号F279.23U D C编号10486 文学论大位汉学武士 硕全球化条件下中国企业国际化战略研究研究生姓名:李捷指导教师姓名、职称:吴先明教授学科、专业名称:工商管理-00五年五月郑重声明本人的学位论文是本人在导师的指导下进行实证研究所取得的研究成果文中除了特别加以标注和致谢的地方外,论文中不包括其他人已经发表或撰写过的任何研究成果特此郑重声明学位论文作者(签名):年月日摘要 中国在世界经济格局中所处的特殊地位一一大国经济,使得中国企业国际化与发达国家和其他发展中国家的国际化具有不同的特征处于国际化初级阶段的中国企业,与那些在国际化行为中拥有诸如领先的技术、雄厚的研发实力、良好的管理技能等所有权优势的发达国家跨国公司不同,中国企业在其国际化进程中具有巨大的国内需求市场、廉价的劳动力成本、源于大规模制造的规模经济、20多年吸引外资带来的成熟生产技术、良好的外商投资环境等相对比较优势如何充分发挥和利用中国企业既有的比较优势,在国际化进程中寻求更新的比较优势,并最终形成中国企业的国际竞争优势对于中国企业国际化的快速、稳定、健康的发展至关重要中国企业国际化起步较晚,无论是理论界或是中国企业,在客观上还缺乏足够的国际化实践来支撑并形成适合中国企业的国际化理论体系,因此,对各种国际化理论与模型进行分析与比较显得尤为重要。

      本文以经济全球化为背景,以中国企业国际化为研究对象,阐述了经济全球化和企业国际化之间的关系,并通过系统的分析和比较,在发达国家和发展中国家国际化理论基础上,针对中国企业国际化现状,尝试从四个方面提出适合中国企业的国际化战略思路,即产业分工定位与比较优势;优势利用和优势寻求的多层次投资区位选择;技术增长型和分散化的R&D投资格局;国际化的可持续成长与企业内外资源的有效整合最后,针对中国企业国际化进程中存在的风险意识淡薄,见项目就上的行为,对企业国际化的一般风险管理做出了论述,并提炼出适合中国企业的“风险路演法”,帮助企业提高风险意识,识别风险,评估风险并建立相应的预案库,以有效防范和降低企业进程中所可能面临的风险关键词:中国企业国际化经济全球化国际化理论国际化战略Abstract Chinas status as a major economy in the structure of world economy makes somedifferentiation in its internationalization between developed countries and otherdeveloping countries. Unlike those developed country MNEs who possessesownership-specific advantage such as leading technologies, advanced R&D, excellentmanagement techniques, Chinese enterprises that still in its infancy are provided withcomparative advantages including huge domestic market, low cost of labor, economy ofscale stem from large manufacturing, favorable investment climate, mature productiontechnology profit by attracting foreign investment over 20 years. Its vital for thedevelopment of internationalization of Chinese enterprises in a quick, stable and healthyway that how to give full play to comparative advantages of Chinese enterprises, toregenerate newly comparative advantage, and furthermore to form competitive advantageagainst foreign MNEs in global market. With a lately involvement, either academia orChinese enterprises itself is lack of sufficient internationalization practice to support andto form an adequate internationalization theory for Chinese enterprises. Therefore, itsimportant to analyze various internationalization theory and models. Targeting the Chinese enterprises, based on internationalization theory of developedcountry and developing country, this article expounds the connection between economicglobalization and internationalization of enterprise in the context of economicglobalization, and tries to bring forward an adequate strategic thinking from fourdimensions by systemic analyze and comparison: industry positioning and comparativeadvantage; regional selection of investment based on advantage-fulfilling andadvantage-seeking; the distribution of R&D investment based on decentralization andtechnology-upgrading; sustainable development of internationalization and integrationof resource of the enterprise.
