20231994年曼德拉就职南非总统演说1994年曼德拉就职南非总统演说　　94年的时候中国的改革开放正如火如荼，而此时的南非内部却在进行了惊心动魄的种族斗争，这一年曼德拉就任了南非总统，并发表了闻名的就职演说，本文(1994年曼德拉就职南非总统演说)由演讲稿网整理，欢送阅读　　南非国父、前总统、反种族隔离斗士纳尔逊·曼德拉因病逝世，享年95岁　　　　YourMajesties,YourHighnesses,DistinguishedGuests,ComradesandFriends:　　Today,allofusdo,byourpresencehere,andbyourcelebrationsinotherpartsofourcountryandtheworld,confergloryandhopetonewbornliberty.　　Outoftheexperienceofanextraordinaryhumandisasterthatlastedtoolong,mustbebornasocietyofwhichallhumanitywillbeproud.　　OurdailydeedsasordinarySouthAfricansmustproduceanactualSouthAfricanrealitythatwillreinforcehumanity'sbeliefinjustice,strengthenitsconfidenceinthenobilityofthehumansoulandsustainallourhopesforagloriouslifeforall.　　Allthisweowebothtoourselvesandtothepeoplesoftheworldwhoaresowellrepresentedheretoday.　　Tomycompatriots,IhavenohesitationinsayingthateachoneofusisasintimatelyattachedtothesoilofthisbeautifulcountryasarethefamousjacarandatreesofPretoriaandthemimosatreesofthebushveld.　　Eachtimeoneofustouchesthesoilofthisland,wefeelasenseofpersonalrenewal.Thenationalmoodchangesastheseasonschange.　　Wearemovedbyasenseofjoyandexhilarationwhenthegrassturnsgreenandtheflowersbloom.　　Thatspiritualandphysicalonenessweallsharewiththiscommonhomelandexplainsthedepthofthepainweallcarriedinourheartsaswesawourcountrytearitselfapartinaterribleconflict,andaswesawitspurned,outlawedandisolatedbythepeoplesoftheworld,preciselybecauseithasbecometheuniversalbaseoftheperniciousideologyandpracticeofracismandracialoppression.　　We,thepeopleofSouthAfrica,feelfulfilledthathumanityhastakenusbackintoitsbosom,thatwe,whowereoutlawsnotsolongago,havetodaybeengiventherareprivilegetobehosttothenationsoftheworldonourownsoil.　　Wethankallourdistinguishedinternationalguestsforhavingcometotakepossessionwiththepeopleofourcountryofwmonvictoryforjustice,forpeace,forhumandignity.　　Wetrustthatyouwillcontinuetostandbyusaswetacklethechallengesofbuildingpeace,prosperity,non-sexism,non-racialismanddemocracy.　　Wedeeplyappreciatetherolethatthemassesofourpeopleandtheirpoliticalmassdemocratic,religious,women,youth,business,traditionalandotherleadershaveplayedtobringaboutthisconclusion.NotleastamongthemismySecondDeputyPresident,theHonourableF.W.deKlerk.　　Wewouldalsoliketopaytributetooursecurityforces,inalltheirranks,forthedistinguishedroletheyhaveplayedinsecuringourfirstdemocraticelectionsandthetransitiontodemocracy,fromblood-thirstyforceswhichstillrefusetoseethelight.　　Thetimeforthehealingofthewoundshascome.　　Themomenttobridgethechasmsthatdivideushascome.　　Thetimetobuildisuponus.　　Wehave,atlast,achievedourpoliticalemancipation.Wepledgeourselvestoliberateallourpeoplefromthecontinuingbondageofpoverty,deprivation,suffering,genderandotherdiscrimination.　　Wesucceededtotakeourlaststepstofreedominconditionsofrelativepeace.Wecommitourselvestotheconstructionofacomplete,justandlastingpeace.　　Wehavetriumphedintheefforttoimplanthopeinthebreastsofthemillionsofourpeople.WeenterintoacovenantthatweshallbuildthesocietyinwhichallSouthAfricans,bothblackandwhite,willbeabletowalktall,withoutanyfearintheirhearts,assuredoftheirinalienablerighttohumandignity-arainbownationatpeacewithitselfandtheworld.　　Asatokenofitscommitmenttotherenewalofourcountry,thenewInterimGovernmentofNationalUnitywill,asamatterofurgency,addresstheissueofamnestyforvariouscategoriesofourpeoplewhoarecurrentlyservingtermsofimprisonment.　　Wededicatethisdaytoalltheheroesandheroinesinthiscountryandtherestoftheworldwhosacrificedinmanywaysandsurrenderedtheirlivessothatwecouldbefree.　　Tereality.Freedomistheirreward.　　Wearebothhumbledandelevatedbythehonourandprivilegethatyou,thepeopleofSouthAfrica,havebestowedonus,asthefirstPresidentofaunited,democratic,non-racialandnon-sexistSouthAfrica,toleadourcountryoutofthevalleyofdarkness.　　Weunderstanditstillthatthereisnoeasyroadtofreedom.　　Weknowitwellthatnoneofusactingalonecanachievesuccess.　　Wemustthereforeacttogetherasaunitedpeople,fornationalreconciliation,fornationbuilding,forthebirthofanewworld.　　译文：　　陛下,你的殿下,敬重的各位来宾,同志们、挚友们:　　今日,我们全部的人,我们出现在这里,和我们的庆祝活动在我国和世界其他地方,带来荣耀和希望新生的自由。
