    • 河道底泥制成陶粒填料处理微污染原水浙江工业大学 市政工程系 给水排水工程 2010 届 龚灵潇指导教师: 李军 韦甦摘要:摘要:以河道底泥制成陶粒为填料,采用序批式生物膜法对真实河道微污染原 水进行处理试验结果表明,系统启动速度快,1 周后 CODMn和 NH3-N 的去除 率达 32.1%和 91.3%;运行稳定后,在进水 CODMn为 3.28-5.68mg/L,NH3-N 为 0.85-6.20mg/L 时,出水 CODMn为 2.40-4.00mg/L,NH3-N 为 0.11-0.80mg/L, 均达到《地表水环境质量标准(GB3838-2002) 》中所规定的Ⅱ类水质SBBR 工艺单室交替进水、曝气的运行方式,陶粒的过滤、截留作用,有利于曝气量 和浊度的降低表面相对粗糙、比表面积大、成本低的这种陶粒填料被证明处 理微污染原水具有可行性 关键词:关键词:微污染原水;陶粒;SBBR; 氨氮;生物处理The ceramsite filling made from river sediment used to treat the micro-polluted raw waterAbstract Sequencing batch biofilm reactor packed with ceramsite which be made from river sediment is used to treat real micro-polluted river water. Test results indicate that system start rapidly, permanganate index and ammonia nitrogen removal rate of 32.1% and 91.3% a week later; after operating steady, the influent permanganate index of 3.28-5.68mg/L, ammonia nitrogen of 0.85 to 6.20mg/L, the effluent permanganate index of 2.40 to 4.00mg/L, ammonia nitrogen of 0.11 to 0.80mg/L, both of them reach the quality of standard class Ⅱ of surface water environmental quality standard (GB3838-2002). Owning to the operation mode which enter water and aerate alternately and fill with ceramsite to enhance the function of filtration and interception, aeration volume and turbidity are both reduced.
