VisionPlus consists of different modules which works mutually cooperative for better management of credit environment of major institutions. As independent application modules, these modules all function excellently. However, VisionPlus performs more powerful as a fully integrated interactive unit. The credit card authorization system plays a very important role in VisionPlus System. Authorization system (Financial Authorization System, FAS) is an authorization module which serves seven days a week, 24 hours a day. FAS can process authorization for retail stores, Visa card, MasterCard and Europay card according to the processing parameters defined by users. The authorization can be approved, rejected or submitted to the competent decision. FAS also provides authorized write-off, card blacklist update and notification for events delayed. Authorization system impacts everywhere in our life when we use our credit card for shopping. When we make our bills for shopping with credit card on POS, FAS will receive an authorization request response from it. And then FAS read account information which stored in CMS (Credit Management System), decide whether to approve the request for authorization. CMS system checks the relevant rules, such as your available credit (Open-to-buy), account status, as well as special authorization block code. 信用卡是由银行或其他信用卡的发卡机构依照用户的信用度与财力情况发给持卡人，持卡人使用信用卡进行消费时无须支付现金，在还款日时再进行统一的行还款除部分与金融机构的其他卡卡联合使用的信用卡外，一般的信用卡与借记卡有很大的不同，信用卡不会从用户的账户中直接扣除资金[1] 。
