One vital task of this term is the fourth grade college English test I will take in a few months. To get a good grade and enhance my English proficiency， I must study English in aimed and planned way. On account of limited time, I did listening practice and only one or two times a week. At last I had little time to read English aloud. In the first month of this term， I found I don`t have adequate time to improve my English comprehensively as a result of heavy work of other subjects。

When I had time to learn English， my spirit was not the best, which made me inefficient I didn`t get progress in English， on the contrary, I felt diffident about my English learning. Evaluation: I did a really bad job during the first month. I didn`t finish the everyday task of memorizing words well. I didn`t improve my listening and reading skills In addition， my time arrangement was unscientific and the utilization ratio was low. However, on the positive side， I didn`t give up learning English and insisted on doing what was planned。

Analysis： Why I was so inefficient in English learning？ One reason is that I didn`t have a good time arrangement There were always a lot of work to do and I nearly have no time to get down to my English learning Besides， I didn`t have a good sleep, which made me feel tired when I was studying. As a consequence, I performed inefficiently in my daily workConclusions （general）： In general， I think I am able to spare a little time for English every day though I have a lot of homework to do. Learning English well requires diligence and I have to stick to it for any sake。

Besides, having a good time arranging is of importance.Conclusions (specific): As far as I am concerned， I am supposed to make clear my learning goals. I think learning is not only finishing homework but improving our skills I need to make a good time arrangement and a study plan， which is my primary task. Be sure not to force myself to work when I am very tired for efficiency is vital. Making full use of my spare time is also necessary Personal action plans: As for my study plan， there are some small but important goals。

Obviously, reading English articles， memorizing words， listening practice are my daily work No matter how much homework I have， I will take 1 or 2 hours off every day to study English. Conclusion: My own effort is the decisive factor. In spite of numerous difficulties, I am firmly convinced that my persistence in implementing my plans will lead to success Since I have known where the shoe pinches， what I need to do next is taking actions.。
