2)根据领导意向和公司发展战略,负责起草年度工作计划、年度工作总结和其他重要文稿,牵头或协助公司的规划研究3)协助总经理处理日常工作,负责总经理日常活动和外出活动的安排2.日常行政管理(1)组织安排公司办公会议,或同有关部门筹备公司及其他会议及有关重要活动,做好会议记录和整理会议纪要,根据需要按会议决定发文2)负责前台接待、客人来访迎送等招待工作3)负责公司办公设施的管理,包括公司办公用品采购、发放、使用登记、保管、维护管理工作,负责机、复印机、长途、移动、计算机、手提计算机的管理和使用4)协助信息部门做好信息系统总体开发工作,提高行政办公效率,重点监控计算机联网后的信息保密3.文书印信管理(1)负责公司来往信函的收发、登记、传阅、批示,做好公文的拟订、审核、印刷、传递、催。
