Performance Security履约保函部分章节示例如下：26.Correction of Errors 26. 勘误26.1 Bids determined to be substantially responsive will be checked by the Employer for any arithmetic errors.Errors will be corrected by the Employer as follows:26.1 雇主将检查确定为具有实质性响应的投标是否存在任何算术错误。

26.2 The amount stated in the bid will be adjusted by the Employer in accordance with the above procedure for the correction of errors and, with the concurrence of the bidder, shall be considered as binding upon the bidder. Evaluation and Comparison 27. 评估和比较27.1 The Employer will evaluate and compare only the bids determined to be substantially responsive in accordance of Bids with Clause 25.27.1 雇主将仅对根据第25 条规定的投标书确定为实质性响应的投标书进行评估和比较。

27.3 The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any variation, deviation, or alternative offer. Variations, deviations, alternative offers, and other factors that are in excess of the requirements of the bidding documents shall not be taken into account in bid evaluation.27.3 雇主保留接受或拒绝任何变更、偏差或替代提议的权利超出招标文件要求的变动、偏差、替代报价等因素在评标时不予考虑27.4 If the bid, which results in the lowest Evaluated Bid Price, is seriously unbalanced or front loaded in relation to the Engineer's estimate of the items of work to be performed under the contract, the Employer may require the bidder to produce detailed price analyses for any or all items of the Bill of Quantities, to demonstrate the internal consistency of those prices with the construction methods and schedule proposed. After evaluation of the price analyses, taking into consideration the schedule of estimated contract payments, the Employer may require that the amount of the performance security set forth in the Appendix to Bid be increased at the expense of the bidder to a level sufficient to protect the Employer against financial loss in the event of default of the successful bidder under the contract.27.4 如果导致最低评估投标价的投标严重不平衡或系与工程师对要实施的工程项目的估计有关的前装，雇主可以要求投标人提供工程量清单中的任何或所有项目详细的价格分析，以证明这些价格与建议的施工方法和时间表的内部一致性。
