Sets up a logic to collect feedback from Master Consultants, Coaches Consultantsto identify potentials for improvement in each implementation phase Organizes the collection of the monitoring of the agencies/consultants coaches dealers Organizes the coordination of master consultants (schedule the working plan) Organizes the pitching of agencies (analysis / coaching quality check) and support for prepare relevant papers Organizes the quality assessment of the project rollout Provides regular reporting about rollout results of KPI development to AUDI China and Audi stakeholders Generate regular project status report (presentations) for the supervisor and meetings Supports organizational tasks within internal External stakeholders ( coach/consultant selection qualification, documentstranslation and interpreter coordination) Competence Strong Organization and coordination skill Strong communication skill Empathy and cooperation Logic and structure High responsibility execution Problem analysis and solving skill Professional in MS office, PPT design, project management software and Excel tools 3-5 years‘ automotive industry experience Project coordinator experience is a plus Retail consulting or Dealer network management is a plus Bachelor degree in Business administration/economics Language: Native Chinese and English (fluent) Organization Base Beijing第 3 页 共 3 页。
