2.教师播放录音，欣赏歌曲：Twinkle，Twinkle，Little Star3.揭示课题教师出示一幅有关宇宙的图，说：“This is the universe.This is the sun.This is the moon.These are stars.They are all in the universe.Today let’s talk about the universe.”教师边说边贴出月亮、太阳和星星的图片2）板书课题：Unit 8The UniversePart A，并教学单词universeStep 3Presentation（一）学习单词moon和sun教师指着黑板上月亮的图反复说：“The moon.”请学生根据教师的发音，尝试着写出单词，教师在图下写出the moon，并请学生读一读2.教师指着黑板上太阳的图说：“The sun.”并出示单词卡片，请学生说出“太阳”的书写方法3.告诉学生“太阳”和“月亮”都是世界上独一无二的事物，因此，前面要加定冠词the二）学习课文第一幅图的对话教师指着黑板上的“月亮”说：“Look at the moon.It’s so bright.Does it shine？”出示shine 的单词卡片，让学生明白其意思。

2.教师播放课文录音或CDROM，学生边听边小声模仿跟读3.请学生答复以下问题，然后在月亮图下写出：It doesn’t shine.并学习句子4.教师再次提出问题:“It doesn’t shine.But it’s so bright.Why?”请学生画出书中的句子：Its light comes from the sun.（）出示单词it，it’s 和its，请学生读一读，并理解它们的意义及用法2）出示单词bright和light，比较学习这两个单词3）在“太阳”和“月亮”图中间画一个箭号，上写出：Its light comes from，然后引导学生看图复述课文第一段内容，如：This is the moon.This is the sun.The moon is so bright.But it doesn’t shine.Its light comes from the sun.（三）学习课文第二、三幅图教师出示一幅“嫦娥奔月”的图片，说：“Look at this picture.This is a Chinese story.The story is about a beautiful woman and a rabbit.They live on the moon.Are they real？”教师边说边在图旁板书：Chinese story，woman，rabbit，trees，real等词汇。

2.教学单词real，然后请学生自读课文，找出答案：They aren’t real.3.学习there be 句型的一般疑问句形式及其答复教师指着图上的人物说：“Are there any people on the moon？”边说边在黑板上单词woman上面贴出卡片people，并在卡片前写Are there，在卡片后写on the moon？并教学单词和句子2）在问句旁写出No，there aren’t.并教学3）用同样的方法学习Is there…on the moon？No，there isn’t.（4）游戏——What’s in the bag？游戏规则：教师出示一个装有学习用品的袋子，告诉学生：“There is something in the bag.What is it？Can you guess？”请学生用：Is there…in the bag？来猜测，给猜中的学生所在组加分以此类推，还可以用水果、食物、学生的教科书等进行游戏活动四）熟读课文对话教师播放课文录音或二至三遍，学生模仿跟读2.分角色诵读对话3.出示“月亮”“嫦娥奔月”“宇航员登上月球”的图片，请学生看图开展简单的交流活动。

五）稳固活动请学生翻开课本第58页，同桌合作，交换问答，完成Look and say.局部2.选词填空Is/isn’t/are/aren’t（）A: there a rabbit on the moon?B:No，there.（2）Theresome pupils in the playground.（3）A: there any books on the bag?B:Yes，there.（4）There a cake on the table.3.学唱歌曲：Twinkle，Twinkle，Little Star教师带读歌词，并帮助学生理解歌词2）播放录音，学生倾听，熟悉旋律3）逐句学唱歌曲4.学说韵律诗：The Moon教师出示“月亮”的图片，说：“In the night，we can see the moon in the sky.It’s round.It’s bright.What does it look like？It looks like a big silver spoon.”（2）教学韵律诗：The MoonThe Moon月亮Oh，look at the moon.哦，瞧那月亮，Like a big silver spoon.像一把大银勺，So round and so bright,又圆又亮，In the sky,挂在天上，In the night.挂在夜空中。

3）教师播放录音，学生认真听，熟悉韵律和节奏4）教师再次播放录音，学生逐句跟读六）语音学习请学生看课本第58页的Listen and learn the English sounds.根据升降调符号，读一读单词2.教师播放录音，学生模仿跟读3.教师告诉学生，人们说话时，音调时高时低，时轻时重，时急时缓，犹如跌宕起伏的波浪如果语调平直，没有起伏感，听起来呆板乏味，不能恰当的表达思想和情感4.同桌对练，互相纠正语音、语调5.请个别学生朗读句子Step 4Extension综合活动：我的家出示以下表格Name:“电视机”图“小提琴”图“几本书”图“几只兔子”图“洗衣机”图“一些衣服”图“操场”图“床”图2.教师与一名学生进行示范性对话，如：Is there a TV in your sitting room?Is there a violin in your bedroom?Are there any books in your bedroom？Are there any clothes in the washing machine?…如果学生答：“Yes，there is/are.”教师就在相应的格子旁画“√”，如果学生答：“No，there isn’t/aren’t.”教师就在相应的格子旁画“”。
