主要是通过对网络的本质与特点的研究，进而探讨了大学生网络思想政治教育的特征 和基础问题最后，对利用网络对大学生开展思想政治教育的途径进行了探索主要是加 强大学生网络思想政治教育资源的建设， 加强大学生思想政治教育网络工具、 手段的建设， 建设一支既精通网络又有较高理论水平的思想政治工作者队伍，加强大学生网络思想道德 教育、完善网络管理体制和建立“网前—网上—网后”的全过程教育体系五个方面的内容 关键词：高校思想政治教育，思想政治工作，网络思想政治教育关键词：高校思想政治教育，思想政治工作，网络思想政治教育 大学生网络思想政治教育研究 iiRESEARCH ON THE NETWORK IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL EADUCATION OF COLLEGE STUDENTS ABSTRACT We have entered the network era. The computer and communication technology are the key. In this era, the wide use of network technology has greatly push development of the economy and society forward and changed the traditional style of work, study, life even the thinking and activity. The rapid popularity of network is a big challenge to the ideological and political education of college students. So the ideological and political education of college students has been divided into two aspects which are the traditional and network style. The network ideological and political education of college students means not only the extension of field, mode and method of traditional ideological and political education but also a completely new mode and idea and the new tendency of development and innovation of ideological and political education with the rise and popularity of information network technology represented by the Internet. With digitization, network, high speed, high-capacity of information, virtualization characteristics, the internet information technology had promoted the innovation of content, mean and medium of ideological and political education. And the social connotation of internet information technology, which includes equality, autonomy and interaction, has give impetus to whole innovation of idea of ideological and political education. As a response to the times, the network ideological and political education is not just at the level of technology and tool, but should be based on this overall conversion of concept of ideological and political education. Broadly speaking, the network ideological and political education not only refers to the online ideological and political education, but also carries out ideological and political education for network effect and it also means the network of ideological and political education. Thesis is divided into three parts. First, this paper mainly introduced the development of network and its challenge of network to the ideological and political education of college students. Second, the author made a rational consideration of the ideological and political education of college students by using network. The main part discussed the character and basic problems of network ideological and political education of college students by studying the essence and character of network. At last, this paper explored the ways to carry out of ideological and political education of college students making use of network. At last, this paper put forward ideas and countermeasures to strengthen and improve ideological and political education of college students in the network time. The measures mainly consists of the following five aspects: strengthen the construction of educational resource of ideological and political education of college students under the network environment; enhance the construction of network tools and methods of ideological and political education of college students; build a contingent of workers who are proficient in network and have high level of theory; strengthen the network moral education and improve the network management system; establish the whole process of education which include online and offline. 在这个时代里，网络的普及和应用，导致社会经济、政治、文化和思维等领域产生了深刻的变化，同时也对人们的工作、生活、学习、思维以及思想道德、价值观念等产生了深刻地影响据中国互联网信息中心（CNNIC）发布的第 23 次中国互联网络发展状况统计报告显示：截止到 2008 年底，我国网民规模达到 2.98 亿人，首次超过美国跃居世界第一，大学生网民占全部网民的 6.4%，并且是网民中最为活跃的一个群体在测量的 18 种应用中，除了网络炒股之外，其他的应用全部高于总体普及率时间上的闲暇、年轻人的好奇的心理，以及互联网虚拟的无限可能是他们乐此不疲的重要动力博客、论坛是他们极为活跃的领域，博客在大学生用户中半年更新率达到 80.3%[1] 高校校园已成为互联网用户最密集的区域，当代大学生也越来越多的利用网络进行通信、交友，了解最新的信息、新闻动态，自由地抒发自己对人生的理解和想象 网络在大学生中普及， 给我们的大学生思想政治教育带来了难得的机遇， 但同时带给我们更多的是挑战 面对网络对大学生思想政治教育的机遇和挑战， 我们必须加强网络新环境下对大学生的思想政治教育， 这既是时代对思想政治教育提出的新要求， 又是新时代所造成的全方位的思想政治教育态势的需要，也是 21 世纪思想政治教育内在发展的需要。

因此，我选择了大学生网络思想政治教育作为自己的硕士论文题目希望通过对这一课题的研究，能够引起理论界对这一问题的进一步关注同时，也希望本研究能够从实践。
