喀喇沁王府历史文化资源的保护与旅游开发喀喇沁王府历史文化资源的保护与旅游开发 中中 文文 摘摘 要要 位于今内蒙古赤峰市喀喇沁旗的喀喇沁右旗王府是在整个内蒙古地 区，直至西北漠南地区保存最完整，且建筑最宏观的清代亲王府作为 内蒙古现存三大王府之一的喀喇沁王府拥有丰富的历史文化资源，隐含 着巨大文化产业价值，对赤峰地区文化旅游、产业开发的发展有着重要 意义 随着经济发展和居民生活水平的不断提高，加上思想文化意识的改 变，人们对精神生活的追求越来越丰富而严格，这为赤峰市旅游业的发 展带来了诸多机遇然而在新时期历史条件之下，如何有效保护历史文 化资源，科学处理历史文化资源与赤峰经济，社会发展，自然环境之间 的矛盾，和谐发展当地旅游经济走可持续发展的道路，以成为眼下一道 重要的话题因此，本文试图通过对喀喇沁王府历史文化资源价值体系 的系统分析，力争归纳和分析出；古镇、古王府等文化古迹的产业价值、 文化价值，从而探索地域特色文化旅游发展之规律特征 及意义本文 内容主要以下四部分组成：第一绪论部分主要阐述了选题意义、研究概 况及具体研究经历：第二部分主要分析了喀喇沁王府的历史背景和历史 文化资源的概况等；第三部分为主体部分，系统分析了喀喇沁王府的历 史文化资源的开发价值及保护与利用中存在的问题。

第四部分主要提出 了对喀喇沁王府历史文化资源的旅游开发利用的对策和启示 通过对喀喇沁王府的实地考察和有关喀喇沁地区文史资料的整理、 分析, 得到初步的了解本文中摘取的旅游开发成功案例和提出的对策， 能够解决喀喇沁王府历史文化资源的旅游开发中的问题诸如：王府旅 游产品缺乏整合，王府历史文化资源包括亲王府博物馆、福会寺、龙泉 寺等在具体的王府历史文化资源开发过程中，没有做到更协调、更全 面的配合，而是一味的盲目开发喀喇沁王府博物馆的旅游文化内容单 一，主要以静态观赏项目为主，例如参观贡桑诺尔布住所、办公区域和 各种展厅缺乏可参与性的多样旅游项目、活动，使游客停留时间短暂， 参观完喀喇沁王府博物馆回赤峰住宿，使当地酒店餐饮客源流失 内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文 关关 键键 词词: :喀喇沁，文化资源，旅游开发 Absract Located in Chi Feng city in Inner Mongolia kalaqin banner clicks ooze palace is in the Inner Mongolia region, and even the entire desert south region relatively intact, and the largest palace in Qing dynasty.
