浙江工商大学研究生学位论文杭州总部经济竞争力研究－－基于与上海差别发展视角姓名：俞若希申请学位级别：研究生专业：产业经济学指引教师：杜丹清12浙江工商大学研究生论文 杭州总部经济竞争力研究——基于与上海差别发展视角杭州总部经济竞争力研究——基于与上海差别发展视角摘要目前国内众多大都市将打造总部经济视为都市经济加速发展的 战略重点，许多都市出台了旨在鼓励总部经济发展，吸引跨国大公司 和国内大公司集团总部的入驻的政策措施杭州作为与国内外公司总 部高度汇集的上海毗邻的长三角核心都市，国内生产制造大省——浙江省的省会都市，面对后WTO时代，上海总部经济发展政策比较优势 相对弱化且要素成本的飙升，以及沪杭高铁建成带来的同城化效应等 契机，如何在日益剧烈的都市问总部经济竞争压力下抓住机遇，脱颖 而出，提高都市总部竞争力，打造区域特色总部经济，是杭州都市经 济建设与发展的一项重要工作本文以总部经济的差别化设立与发展机理为理念，通过都市的总 部经济竞争力影响因素的实证分析，剖析了各因素对都市总部经济的 影响限度，并将其与钻石理论的竞争力模型本结合，对比分析了新形 势下杭州相比于上海，在总部经济发展中的特殊机遇、优势和局限性， 提出了新形势下杭州发展总部经济的相应对策建议。

本文也许的创新点体目前如下三个方面：第一，以往总部经济的 研究重在一地如何打造建设，较少地比较本论文比较系统地提出了 总部经济的差别化发展机理，从都市能级、比较优势、主导产业三个浙江工商大学研究生论文 杭州总部经济竞争力研究——基于与上海差别发展视角角度归纳了都市总部类型，根据发达国家某些都市总部经济的差别化 发展案例，论述了各个角度的总部类型选择的具体思路；第二，以往 对总部经济的研究多以理论分析为主，很少用到实证本文通过面板 模型的计量经济措施对都市的总部经济竞争力因素进行实证分析，得 出了总部经济的影响因素及其影响限度，特别是在常规影响因素分析 的基本上，增长分析了“要素成本”因素，得出目前国内这一因素对 总部经济负效应大的实证成果，并探讨了成因及对总部经济发展的阻 碍作用；第三，紧密结合目前形势，探讨杭州如何抓住沪杭高铁建成 带来的同城化效应，充足发挥既有的优势，增强总部经济竞争力，打 造国内特色总部经济，形成与上海差别化发展的战略思路本文的研究思路如下：第一章是导论重要简介论文的研究背景、 研究意义、研究思路、框架和也许的创新点第二章和第三章是本文 的理论研究。

在对国内外总部经济的有关文献进行较为系统的研究基 础上，针对目前都市间日益剧烈的总部经济竞争，提出了都市总部经 济差别化发展的机理，即各中心都市应当结合实际状况吸引不同类型 的公司总部，发展特色总部经济第四章和第五章是本文的主体部分 第四章选用了国内总部经济都市中的十二个一二能级都市的面板数 据对总部经济竞争力影响因素进行了实证分析，验证了都市总部经济 竞争力的影响因素及其影响限度，根据其影响限度的大小，正效应因 素依次为基本条件、专业服务、开放限度、商务设施、政府服务、研 发能力特别指出了目前各地要素成本对都市总部经济竞争力的负效 应很大，已经成为中心都市总部经济发展的障碍第五章是在第四章1V拍70293浙江工商大学研究生论文 杭州总部经济竞争力研究——景于与上海差别发展视角总部经济影响力七因素研究的基本上，进一步引入钻石模型的竞争力 六要素，将其与上述七因素相结合，系统整合两大类因素，将杭州与 上海总部经济竞争力作具体比较分析，以期更加全面地剖析杭州总部 经济竞争力所在第六章是本文的对策建议根据第四、五章的研究成果，提出杭 州要提高总部经济竞争力，应当抓住沪杭高铁带来的同城化效应等机 遇，走出一条独具特色的总部经济之路，从主导产业、特色产业、职能总部等方面与上海错位建设、优势互补、协同发展。

此外，杭州应 从基本条件、研发能力、专业服务等多方面减少与上海的差距和控制 合理的商务成本，从而进一步营造总部经济发展的良好外部环境核心词：总部经济，竞争力，差别化发展，要素成本，钻石模型浙江工商大学硕上论文 杭州总部经济竞争力研究——基于与上海差别发展视角STUDY ON THE CON癣ETITⅣENESS OF HANGZHOU HEADQUARTERS ECONOMY ----BASED ON DⅡ7FERENT DEVELOPMENT WITH SHANGHAIAB STRACTRecently，many cities regarded Headquarters Economy as髓 important strategic of changing economic development method and accelerating economic development．Some cities also have introduced policies and measures to attract regional headquarters of multinational corporations and large domestic enterprise．As the capital city of Zhej iang province and Changjiang Delta and also neighbor of Shanghai，Hangzhou has SO many domestic and foreign corporate headquarters．In the face of the post WTO era，the comparative advantage of shanghai headquarters economy’S policies is weakening，the cost of factors is soaring，as well as the city effect which is brought by the Shanghai·-Hangzhou high·-speed rail．Therefore，it is an important job for Hangzhou’S economydevelopment to develop different headquarters economy and to enhancethe competitiveness of Hangzhou’S headquarters economy．Based on different development of headquarters economy，this paper has an empirical analysis of headquarters economy’S influencing factors and the degree of them．In the diamond model combined with the empirical analysis，this paper has a comparative analysis between4浙江工商大学研究生论文 杭州总部经济竞争力研究——基于与上海差别发展视角Hangzhou and Shanghai．Compared to Shanghai，Hangzhou’S headquarters economy has some advantages、disadvantages and opportunities．So Hangzhou proposed corresponding countermeasures under the new situation．The possible innovation of this paper is reflected in the following the following three aspects．Firstly，the previous headquarters economy research focuses on how to build a ground construction，less comparison． This paper proposes the mechanism of different development of city headquarters economy．It mainly induces types of headquarters economyfrom the angles of city level、comparative advantage and dominantindustry．At the same time，it describes how to choose the type of headquaners with the example of the different development of Tokyo and Osaka’S headquarters economy and the development of Changjiang Delta’S headquarters economy．Secondly，the headquarters economy research is mainly theoretical analysis and rarely empirical．This paperhas an empirical analysis of headquarters economy’S influencing factors through the panel data and concludes main factors and the degree of them． Based on the common influencing factors，this paper add another factor_一 factor cost．The negative effect of factor cost is very big and it has blocked the development of headquarters economy seriously．Thirdly，in close connection with the current situation，this paper discusses how Hangzhou seize the opportunity of ShanghainHangzhou high speed rail’S city effect and the advantage of provincial city to develop unique headquarters economy which is different from Shanghai．The ideas of this paper are as follows：the first chapter is introduction．It introduces the backgrou。
