Methods： to select the records of 80 cases in our hospital orthopaedic patients clinical data， were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 40 cases in each. Control group took routine nursing， the observation group implementation of clinical nursing path， pare the effect of patient care. Results： the plication rate of observation group was 5.00% 12.50% of significantly lower than the control group 〔P < 0.05〕. Nursing satisfaction was 95.00%， the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group 70.00% 〔P < 0.05〕. Pain score after nursing observation group was obviously lower than the control group 〔P < 0.05〕. Length of hospital stay observation group was obviously shorter than the control group 〔P < 0.05〕. Conclusion： applying clinical nursing pathway to orthopaedic patients， can relieve pain， reduce the incidence of plications， shorten the patients recovery time， improve patient care satisfaction， worth clinical promotion. 在骨科护理中应用临床护理途径，提供系统化的安康教育，确保护理质量的最优化，可缩短患者住院时间，防止造成医疗费用浪费，持续进步患者对护理的满意程度[2]本院对收治的骨科患者施行临床护理途径，报道如下 1 资料与方法 1.1一般资料 取2023年03月～2023年03月本院收治的80例骨科患者临床资料，随机分为观察组及对照组，各40例观察组中男21例、女19例，年龄19～73 岁，平均〔45.44±3.24〕岁其中上肢骨折12 例、下肢骨折11 例、肋骨骨折10例、其它7例对照组中男22例、女18例，第 页 共 页。
